Terrible Experience

Property is good though it is located at remote place. Amenities are good. However most important thing is missing, that is service.....very poor service. Staff is very rude, very unorganised. It is like a hostel not Hotel. you have to be on time for food otherwise you won't get it. we were having our dinner and still they closed the buffet saying that we close at 10.30 PM. we have to sleep almost empty stomach that night.. not at all kids friendly. you will get only rice or dal khichadi for kids. for anything apart from this you have to fight with them. we have to argue with them for half an hour for plain upma for my kid. they were asking to feed the kids tandoori roti, they were not ready give phulka or chapati for kids. hotel is too expensive considering the service they provide. you can easily book any other 5 star property in that price range. every thing except oxygen is chargeable in the hotel premises. they give water from filter filled in bottles to drink. They don't provide packed mineral water. it chargeable. if you ask for something you need, there first reflex answer is "no". that's how they are trained.

It was wonderful stay overall, housekeeping food hygiene everything was super . The only concern is related to the swimming pool where we did not got the safety tubes for kids which is a major concern and also the activities at kids play room were not sufficient so that kids can be engaged ..

The overall experience was underwhelming. Service at the restaurants was slow and unprofessional, and housekeeping was inconsistent — we had to follow up multiple times for basic amenities. The air conditioning in the room didn’t function properly, making our stay uncomfortable. Despite being advertised, valet parking was not available. Most disappointing was the uncooperative attitude of the staff. Not the level of service one would expect from a resort of this standard.

It was a good stay, well kept property, A la carte meal was cooked well and great portion size. Room was comfortable and clean. Swimming pool was clean and well managed from a safety perspective.
