Overall experience in the resort is very good.But for reaching the resort is a himalayan task.The road facility from main road is pathetic (about 3 km)

In my opinion, mount serene has a good view from our room balcony and housekeeping is also fine. But food and ambience of overall experience can be elevated for the price we pay.

Our Stay At CM Munnar

We had enjoyed thoroughly at CM Munnar. It is suggested to improve the way to reach the resort as it was many potholes quite tough to ride. Also we recommend to increase the fun activities for kids and adults.

We booked in the new property which was closed. We were given bigger rooms apparently which was not maintained and dirty. Staff tried to be helpful but service very slow. Avoid as far away and not worth the travel.

Check in and check out in the room is done by security guards no bell boy, no laundry service for my shirt to be pressed, iron was sent. No choice of restaurants, had to go to main property for dinner, staff is casual in approach.
Average hotel, no choices of restaurants had to always go to main property. Staff were casual, I asked for laundry service for my shirt to be pressed three times and finally iron was sent, check-in and check-out in the room is done by security guards no bell boy.

Poor experience. Terrible stay. Food was not good and staff were not cooperative.
Club Mahindra is big brand but they didn't respect the customer specially in Munnar. Manager was very bad and non respected us.

We had a great experience in the stay at mount serene, we thought that after the recent floods it would be difficult for us to reach there. but we faced no such *URL* was a pleasant environment there,very happy with the staff especially Mr. Murugan and Chef. Suresh they also provided us with other recreational activities. overall satisfied, would love to visit again.
