We recently had the pleasure of staying at club mahindra snow peak, and it was an unforgettable experience! nestled in the picturesque town of manali, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Accommodation: our room was cozy, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Food and beverage: the resort's restaurant served an impressive range of local and international cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the himachali dishes, which were both flavorful and authentic. Activities and amenities: from trekking and skiing to relaxing spa treatments, there's something for everyone at club mahindra snow peak. We took advantage of the resort's activity center, which offered a range of exciting experiences. Service: the staff at club mahindra snow peak were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Their exceptional service made our stay even more special. We were called by the relationship officer and asked to meet him at 8:45pm. Looks like we were the only people who stayed without membership. So they explained about the product and asked to join membership. We liked the product, but we didn't want to join immediately. They then tried to brainwash us for 1and a half hours and it was really tiring say no to the product. If you re booking as a non member of club mahindra, don't answer the calls from relationship manager.
Safety standards are good. But there is no light on the street to the hotel and in case if you want to go out in night it's impossible.

Average stay. Not bad. Not so great. Food is highly expensive.

Food service is good but room facilities are not good. Mirrors not available, light was dim, curtain s not covering entire window

Stay with Club Mahindra is always good in terms of food and all other services. The location of the hotel is 4 kms away from Manali Mall Road which is a little bit far from the main attractions of Manali. It is best for those who want the peace of mind, spend a good time with family and stay away from crowded places.

Food quality is good, service is excellent.

Decent rooms and food quality. Sad front office and activities. Good restaurant service. Overall not much value for money and away from main areas so and up spending more on cabs. Don't use the hotel table desk they charge 300% more.

The hotel restaurant steward Mr. Amar didn't treat us well. He is arrogant and ill-mannered. He was good with others but not with us (later after three days of observation we came to know that he treated like that because we are from South India). I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

I am travelling to Manali for the first time in my life. I am eagerly waiting for the moment. My expectations are totally fulfilled by my stay at club Mahindra resort. I got warm welcome and my check in was comfortable. Food and stay warm comfortable. I was well taken care

The room was superb. There staff is very corteous. Do not say no for anything at all. Absolutely clean surroundings and beautifully maintained. Food is also good. Have good activities conducted everyday.

The resort is overrated. Cheaper and better options are available nearby. The menu items are overpriced for the members as well as the guests. The room bedsheets were dirty and unchanged and had to ask the housekeeping to change the bedsheets and pillowcovers.

Had a gr8experience with club Mahindra, everything was amazing .. Little far from Mall Road but worth staying. Buffet had a variety of choice, kids zone kept kids busy, they organise activities for guests on weekends which is quite fun. Overall a nice experience.

Good place to stay being a older place compared to white meadows but maintained well, good food and service very supportive and nice staff. Location is little far from Mall Road overall had good time

We had wonderful stay at Club Mahindra resort, service was excellent. We enjoyed resort facilities and spa. Good kids play area and food. Awesome view of mountains and valley. Overall wonderful experience.

This is a three star hotel with additional fun zone activities. Please note that this facility does not have the lift so opt for lower floor. View from room is good. I was on third floor and it has amazing views.
