The Orchid Manali a Boutique Hotel

It has to be the worst 5 star property ever. They dont even serve cappucino. Like they have it in their menu but they just can't serve anything more than a nescafe. Save some money and find a good 4 star and skip this property.

The rooms fridge was not working, there was a continuous noise that was coming from above the bathroom 24 hours, the dinner food quality was pathetic, overall arrangement was not worth the money spent on this hotel. The most terrible experience. Asked for another key of the room and the reception said the earlier key will be deactivated. Since the room key was removed when moving out of the room, the fridge was switched off as well and because of which my insulin which was mandatory to be kept in cold temperature got spoiled. The next day the separate key was given and the earlier key was still working.

Very very unkempt swimming pool area. Unkempt grass, dirty pool floor, no staff near the pool. Nothing against the staff, the only fine part of the hotel. Everything else about the property is a straight 1/10

Excellent Property managed by professional staff .. ensuring the stay is comfortable and memorable....

everything was okay except the pool. it doesn't have heating, we can swim only if the water is hot....

I stay for one day with my family. rooms are quite clean staff is really helpful love to visit again

Location is good, room doesn’t have open windows or balcony, Food is average Asked for paavbhaji they have us random thick gravy and butter less paav, next day morning in breakfast they had actual pav bhaji, Water wasn’t hot for bath. Room service is fast but average taste,

It was a pleasant stay inspite of heavy snowfall and power cut and no network situation . Whole staff was courteous and made sure we had comfortable stay . View from room was breathtaking ❤️
