Basic amenities were missing from the rooms, like towels (we had to ask for one, no hangers in the shower, no info about wifi (again had to ask, didn't even told us the numbers for house-keeping, etc, everything needed to be asked. The food was just terrible. Not even something a 2 star facility would offer. We were promised welcome drinks, and didn't even get offered one. The hotel is located in the outskirts location of manali, and has zero availability of autos or cabs, and you have to hire expensive cab rides from the hotel itself for just going to the city. Feeling cheated as i ended up paying 3 times the price i could've done with any other decent hotels in the city centre. Disappointing and terribly underwhelming experience.

Overall it was an amazing experience with foxoso. I stayed in foxoso goa also and in foxoso jaisalmer. Now i can say that they are having the best services and hospitality. Starting from the entrance, the staff was very helpful and supportive. The check in was smooth, the room which was given to me was upgraded and it was clean and spacious. I like the restaurant's ambience and food. My family enjoyed it a lot and they helped me plan a candle night dinner for me and my wife at a very nominal price. And also it is close to mall road. They also provide taxi services for sissu and other sightseeing.
