It was a memorable experience at Allure Grand. Everything was near perfect. Warm hospitality all around. Felt like we are at home. Suresh is an amazingly customer friendly individual. His efforts as an overall manager is exemplary. The food section stands out. The professionalism, courteousness was reflecting from everyone - Manisha, Prem, Manu all were superb. Shabnam truly stands out in that team. Her sensitivity to our needs are very praiseworthy. The chauffeur, Om ji who showed us Himachal for 4 days is another lovely individual. He did his job so beautifully well without any qualms and with a very polite attitude. The location of the property is simply outstanding. Nicely maintained garden, river and mountain within striking distance and great live music in evening livened up our every moment. The owner, Anu was another outstanding individual with her humility, grace and personal touch. I have travelled globally but this experience truly stands out. Wish I knew of this before. Would love to visit again. Its a heaven of peace, a welcome departure from the regular hustle of an urban life. Thanks team.

True to its name, Allure is a charming retreat that offers top-notch service and delectable food! The location is delightful, and the scenic sights, mesmerizing. The service was also excellent. Special mention must be made regarding Mr Prem Thakur, who went out of his way to ensure our meals were satisfying and enjoyable. Very thoughtful indeed! Mr Kuldeep was also extremely helpful and efficient. I loved seeing Manisha's bright and genuine smile. The only gripe I have is that some of the staff refused to smile or greet, and this was a little disappointing. Having said that, on the whole, it was a phenomenal holiday with enchanting views, scrumptious meals, and thoughtful and efficient service. Keep up the excellent work!

Location of the The Allure Grand A Majestic Riverside Retreat is top notch.. very close to Mall Road. The staff was well behaved, cooperative and helpful. We were stuck in the The Allure Grand A Majestic Riverside Retreat due to extreme snowfall but they made sure that the electricity supply remained uninterrupted while also fulfilling any requirements that we had.

I have got my room as booked exactly at mountain facing with superb balcony Staff - excellent -5/5 Services -4/5 Property -5/5 Food-4/5. Location 5/5 Location access-5/5 - awesome location. Staff and reception behaviour -5/5. Improvement Food - breakfast / dinner improvement needed. Costly for kids. Extra bed quality should be improved. Otherwise ok

Whenever i come manali i stay here only at allure grand as this is best property to enjoy snowfall. However this time wifi was not working here due to some problem in whole manali. Food is good and we stay in property only and enjoy alot here

Property location was good, rooms are also good but food (dinner)is average. Breakfast is good, there are many options in breakfast.

Great room, location, breakfast and service. Very good value for money. The property is right beside the Beas river and has good mountain facing rooms and courteous staff made the experience memorable

Location was fantastic Amazing rooms Good hospitality They had a hot water jacuzzi, but unfortunately that time it was not working Food taste was not that great They need to work on their north Indian cuisine.
