Hospitality of the resort was not that great, it seems like they are okay if customer is not satisfied with it. Just opposite to this property I've stayed in river pine resort...what a team they have, from check in to check out they were really great

The property and location is good, very limited options for food. On the day of the visit, no buffet dinner was available. Electricity was not available in the morning.

It is just on nh and 5 min drive from mall road public transport is easily available means alway there for u and waiting. I have taken breakfast there and food quality is mind blowing. Parking is available nice interior of room

2. the rooms are a bit congested and not heated the management provided a small heater which is not good enough to takle the low temperatures in manali. we were charged with extra money for heater which was not mentioned upfront room service was not upto the mark (they didn't cleanup our room)

Good property but food and services are not good

Rooms are good and hygienic. Clean washrooms and proper toiletries include hair shampoo, body wash, bath soap and hair dryer as well. There is tv having airtel dth but it is not smart tv, so you won't be able to connect or see any ott platform. This is a major drawback. Services are not good, they don't bother about you. Ordered snacks around 6pm, first they accepted the order but after 10 min, they refused to provide order and the reason was all their staff were busy in cooking dinner. This is something very disappointed that someone came after driving hours and then he ordered something and they refused. Also, the variety in buffet was not so good and taste is average. Since it comes in the category of resort, the amenities and services should be like that but it is disappointing. If you have any other option, go for that but if you are left with no choice, then go for this resort.
