Please ensure if you have opted for deluxe room with a balcony, you do get a balcony. They have a tendency to offer you room without balcony during your physical presence there. Fight for your balcony and view. )

Overall it is good to stay here, but breakfast is not as expected and need to be improved very limited variety of food else it is a good hotel. Location wise it just 5 minutes away from the mall road. Rooms are very cozy and neat specially rooms with balcony, they have very beautiful mountains view. Last but not the least it is a value for money stay.

Not a good experience. Value of money is zero. High cost but low facilities. For every facility they are charging separate amount. If you thought room is 3000 per day but including all facilities they will charge 5000rs. And hot water problem also there. It is simple 3star property. But in TripAdvisor it shows 4star. I just shocked after saw this hotel. There is no swimming pool, very small sports room it is around 200sq. Ft area, mountain view room I just took. But there is no privacy.

One of the best hotel in kasol, value for some extra ounces being provided by the hotel. One of the best available option in Kasol. The staff was well mannered, the location of the hotel was fine, the only drawback was that WiFi was available only in lobby area.

The hotel at first sight was good but eventually I realized the disadvantages of a small hotel chain despite charging almost the same as any good hotel. I had booked a deluxe suite in the hotel as it had a balcony which the basic room did not. However, to my disappointment the balcony opens towards a small garden where construction of a new block of the hotel was going on. So whenever me and my wife decided to sit in the balcony we were disturbed by firstly, the enormous construction noise and secondly, the constant stretching of construction workers. It became so annoying that I actually asked the worker what was his problem but to no avail. Also the construction noise became so loud that it was impossible to stay in the room following which I contacted makemytrip and they promptly spoke to the hotel to get the issue resolved. The hotel sent a person who came and asked me to move into the basic room with no balcony to which I said why was I being given a smaller room without balcony as they should mention about the construction work before booking and it was no fault of mine. Further, I also informed that since I had paid for a higher room I must be given equivalent accommodation and not an inferior one. The hotel then got the construction stopped temporarily for an hour or so post which I decided to just go out and spend the day in some cafe in Manali. ROOM CONDITION: The room size was pretty OK but the bathroom was very basic and felt like that of a guest house with no separation (either glass or curtain) between the bathing area and rest of the bathroom (so when you bathe the whole bathroom gets wet). The room had no mini bar or locker facility. LOCATION : The hotel is located in rangri and it takes around 25-30 mins to reach the town centre given the traffic in Manali. SERVICE: The service in the room was OK and it was cleaned properly by the staff. OVERALL: I would not recommend this hotel given the cost. In the same price or maybe a bit more you can find better accommodation certainly.

So. I think maple retreat or homeymoon inn would have been a better option ... Not sure. But here 1 room that we got was with a very short washroom. In the name of games area they have only a chess and carrom in a small room. For gym they have the equipment in a very small room that cannot even be accessed due space constraint.

Breakfast was awesome with many varieties and good taste. Hotel is located at decent place you can see mountain from your window was good but room was not up to the mark. Need to improve quality of room, it looks very old room.

Room is average and too small to accommodate two adults and one child. Food quality and options are good. Overall ambience is good and well maintained. It is difficult to get any conveyance if you don't have your own vehicle or book a cab

No value for money

Looks like they are not happy with makemytrip partnership. They tells in description that they provide discotheque, ayurvedic massage etc for luxury rooms but when you ask for it they say the money you paid via MakeMyTrip is so cheap that you don't even get a room with us and they don't even provide hot water for Bath in place like snowfall areas. So never go for this hotel.

Very Bad experience. We are going for enjoyment, discotheque is included in our booking voucher but there is no discotheque in the resort. We already inform the resort staff but there is no check in process there room is not ready even we ask for welcome drink also. At the time of check out hotel staff has taken 35 minutes to get down our luggage. In the morning we ask for the hot water to Bath than a staff came and he take around 15 minutes to get us hot water. I used first time Make my trip and Very Bad experience, generally I used Booking. Com and satisfied with the services.

Interior is beautiful, spa facility also available which was unique. Room, service, food every thing was awesome near to mall road and visit-able monuments. View from balcony is also nice.

Decent rooms at affordable prices location is decent with beautiful mountains around, Service Needs Improvement also the dinner is served only till 10. 30pm which needs to be extended till atleast 11. 30 pm considering most of the people travel from Chandigarh
