Balconies were under construction, and the AC didn’t work. The restaurant had only 3 staff members, all unprofessional. Food quality was terrible, and there were bees flying around while dining. Room service was extremely poor. Definitely not worth the money.Lift is not working properly

nature villas by sarovar portico was totally a disaster. very less manpower.. flies are heavy in number. in the morning, i got a spider sleeping next to me. taken a pic too. only hotel where i found that cheese will cost extra in a omlete. they didnt have fenel seeds and honey. worse part, AC in my room didnt work despite of all there efforts. had to call for a table fan overall a pathetic stay

The room bathroom was smelling badly after cleaning. The tv was working only after 10:30 in the night. The plates in the restaurant were dirty. The bowls and spoons were falling short. The seat in room no 205 was worn and seat cover was torn. The food tasted really very bad. The service in the restaurant was very very slow.

I had a horrifying experience with these guys on 10th Apr'25. And these guys were still sleeping till 11.45pm now, approx 6.5hrs after checkin. Dear Team #Sarovarportico, I checked into your Manali Hotel, Nature Villas Sarovar Portico, room# 301 on 10th Apr'25 at around 4.30pm. Since then I have been complaining that the hotel has refused to serve food, refused to provide hand towels and there is noise from the adjacent room to an extent that we were Abel to hear every bit of the adjacent room's family's private conversations. That was too embarrassing. You guys have actually spoiled my vacation and the hotel manager is not even updated about the issues, even after 3 calls to the reception and 1.5 hour wait. The hotel manager does not have any control of the staff. Despite highlighting the issue to him at around 6pm, it has fallen on deaf ears and we still dont have hand towels in the room @ 11.45pm. I called your customer care twice but only have a standard reply that they will check n call back in 10mins which is a never ending wait, yet!!!

There were few good things and few bad things, but overall this stay is not recommended. Good part- 1. The food is tasty 2. View from a specific category of room i.e. Himalayan room is really good. 3. The staff is polite Bad parts - 1. The amenities in the room don't work. TV didn't work, bathroom was stinky, we had to change our room , then next room's tv didn't work, heating took some time. We had to call maintenance guy multiple times , then it was working. 2. The service is super slow, we had to call again and again to get things done. 2. There is no spa in this property, even though it shows in list of amenities

familyThe location a bit inside the small lane with narrow entry and parking space is not very comfortable. If you are coming from kullu then google maps shows the entry from a small bridge and then very narrow uphill route. Please don’t take it rather take the longer route from parking area of manali mall road. There were not many guests due to working day so they have a fixed menu for breakfast so varieties were not many. Quality of food was ok like pranatha. Poori bhaji. Rooms are nice but seems like team is still new so you find small small shortcomings during your stay. I chose considering the brand name of sari-var portico but could not find a match to other sarovar portico standards here in manali.

Pathetic wifi but good staff and food

familyTerrible drainage in washroom, no internet in phone on this location and pathetic wifi service but food is awesome and room was well spacious. Good staff
