Nice and comfortable stay at hotel nature vilas sarovar portico manali. Hospitality was excellent. Staff was polite and courteous. Service was too good specially jatin and kamikaze in receptionand also Mr. Gautam jii the general managerof the hotel. Food quality is also excellent. Loved to visit again .

Highly recommended for family friends and stay alon in manali

This hotel truly made my Manali trip worth it! The mountain views were breathtaking, and the staff like Jatin in front office Zadai in restaurant and Mr Gautam General Manager provided exceptional service throughout our stay . The food service was amazing — every meal was delicious and well-prepared. Everything was great except for the Wi-Fi, which was a bit unreliable. Still, overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this place!

Stay for 2 night at nature Villas we find excellent hospitality with Mr samrendra Gautam he is the care taker of the property. Check in time we got worm welcome with their house spl welcome drinks. The rooms are excellent outside view like be are in sky And the rooms are very neat and hygiene has been maintained. The food is also very tasty the kababs are very nice also dinner was perfect blend of spice and tasty good chef. The breakfast is good combination of Indian American and South Indian. My entire family enjoyed the breakfast to. Room service is very prompt. The staff are very came and politely served to us. Overall excellent experience we got here. Highly recommended. This property name not for sarovar portico mere hisab se yah type hai na to iski location E1 rasta Tak Chhota Sa Hai Maine teen room change kiye jab jakar ek room set Ho Paya vah bhi maine accept isliye kar liya kyunki Raat bahut jyada ho chuki thi aur main bahut thaka hua tha staff is veri good 😒

Balconies were under construction, and the AC didn’t work. The restaurant had only 3 staff members, all unprofessional. Food quality was terrible, and there were bees flying around while dining. Room service was extremely poor. Definitely not worth the money.Lift is not working properly

nature villas by sarovar portico was totally a disaster. very less manpower.. flies are heavy in number. in the morning, i got a spider sleeping next to me. taken a pic too. only hotel where i found that cheese will cost extra in a omlete. they didnt have fenel seeds and honey. worse part, AC in my room didnt work despite of all there efforts. had to call for a table fan overall a pathetic stay

The room bathroom was smelling badly after cleaning. The tv was working only after 10:30 in the night. The plates in the restaurant were dirty. The bowls and spoons were falling short. The seat in room no 205 was worn and seat cover was torn. The food tasted really very bad. The service in the restaurant was very very slow.

Terrible Stay

I had a horrifying experience with these guys on 10th Apr'25. And these guys were still sleeping till 11.45pm now, approx 6.5hrs after checkin. Dear Team #Sarovarportico, I checked into your Manali Hotel, Nature Villas Sarovar Portico, room# 301 on 10th Apr'25 at around 4.30pm. Since then I have been complaining that the hotel has refused to serve food, refused to provide hand towels and there is noise from the adjacent room to an extent that we were Abel to hear every bit of the adjacent room's family's private conversations. That was too embarrassing. You guys have actually spoiled my vacation and the hotel manager is not even updated about the issues, even after 3 calls to the reception and 1.5 hour wait. The hotel manager does not have any control of the staff. Despite highlighting the issue to him at around 6pm, it has fallen on deaf ears and we still dont have hand towels in the room @ 11.45pm. I called your customer care twice but only have a standard reply that they will check n call back in 10mins which is a never ending wait, yet!!!

Poor Stay

There were few good things and few bad things, but overall this stay is not recommended. Good part- 1. The food is tasty 2. View from a specific category of room i.e. Himalayan room is really good. 3. The staff is polite Bad parts - 1. The amenities in the room don't work. TV didn't work, bathroom was stinky, we had to change our room , then next room's tv didn't work, heating took some time. We had to call maintenance guy multiple times , then it was working. 2. The service is super slow, we had to call again and again to get things done. 2. There is no spa in this property, even though it shows in list of amenities
