no maintenance fault smell in rooms showers in bath broken requires urgent maintenance food quality and choice not upto mark Will not stay in any case ever here

I called but no response Hotel service was very bad Bad bad smelly rooms They said there is no good room available Kitchen worker shouted whole night so much sound called reception many times but no response my family could not sleep we checked out very early

Room not up to mark staff was good they changed the room 3 times last room was very good as they upgrade room

it was horrible stay, with stinking n mosquitos in room n leakages of taps,,, the cost was too high according to accomodation..

As claimed on the MMT booking that it will.ptovide complimetary airportnpick up and drop off. They did not provide NONE. And NON of the phone numbers given in contact property owner works. Staffs were not helpful. Reservation Manager Mr Gaurav never replied my email. Room given to was poorly mantained. They repaired the TV after complaning. The hotel service are not worth the price. Good location but terrible management and cuatomer service. No plan to revisit and I wont recommend such a hotel to anyone.

Value for money considering the location but staff attitude is not courteous. Food quality is not what great and power issue was there despite backup

worst hotel I ever stayed in,it's a blot on Sarovar portico group,showers broken,shabby rooms ,flush not worked,no toiletries,a.c did not work,food is too costly and terrible

Property was Ok , but with very bad amenities 1) AC was not working, even after multiple complaints to both hotel 2) Smoking smell coming from bathroom when reported to hotel they blamed me saying that you only had smoke , but didnot bother to come and check in room. 3) dirty bathrooms. 4) very ordinary Breakfast with so less option and that too not taste good

My stay was quite disappointing and did not meet expectations. Despite booking and paying for a premium room, I was initially assigned a standard one. On top of that, I couldn’t access the Wi-Fi, and the mobile network reception within the hotel was extremely poor. After nearly an hour and a half, I was finally moved to a premium room, but it still lacked several amenities that were supposed to be included. There was no minibar, refrigerator, ironing board, or iron, and basic toiletries were missing as well. Housekeeping was unresponsive — the room wasn’t cleaned even after I requested it, and the coffee sachets weren’t replenished until I asked multiple times. The front desk rarely answered calls, and when they did not, there was no follow-up or return call. One of the elevators was out of service, creating unnecessary delays, and the lobby area was chaotic. The front desk staff appeared inattentive and indifferent to guests’ concerns. Overall, the experience fell far short of what one would expect from a property advertising premium accommodations.

next time I will never book this hotel it is horrible night which I had removed room was dirty bed was not so good and bathroom is total vest of this hotel each and every person his having an attitude speech is not so good where we can go once again

Hotel amity is very old. Food price is very high average, okay, okay not for family

Property is not maintained properly. Rooms are not cleaned. Furniture are broken. Bed is not comfortable. Food is not good in taste.

At the time of entry, the front desk staff was quite rude, which left a negative first impression. The room tariff felt very high compared to the actual room size. The corridor had an unpleasant odor, and the room itself was smoky. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the television provided was only a small 24-inch LCD. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not match the expected standard for the price charged.

The property feels very old and poorly maintained. Furniture is in bad condition, and both the rooms and washrooms were dirty, giving an overall unhygienic impression. Definitely needs renovation and better upkeep.

love the food good service and very cooperate staff

Hot water is not 24x7, we need to inform. reception. Inside Dinning bills have to be paid it is not added to final bill. Breakfast varieties very less. Staff found always busy in their personal gossips in restaurant.

The Hotel was really bad in spite of the brand. Sarovar portico being recognise world over for services and quality, but as I was a female solo traveller with my young son entered the hotel premises. It did not seem like anything good or great as the Sarovar brand is ,the rooms were very dingy, shady and smelly. It felt like it was not cleaned and many many many months and when I complained about this, they did offered me a room change, but most of the rooms had this smell issue, so I have to order the scented candles from Blinkit to make it a little be bearable for the night and the only thing that I like about them is, they allowed me to have late check out which was an appreciable conduct by them. Apart from that as a brand, this hotel fails, the expectations rooms are dirty. Toilets are dirty and I have taken some pictures. You will see it.

Cleanliness not proper, dirty marbles and floor. Also lift condition was not good. Room and bathroom was not clean. In nutshell stay was really not good.
