I have stayed at this property many times. Their suites are amazing and spacious. Good connectivity and all restaurants and clubs are just a walk away.

Staff is extremely polite and professional — always ready to help with a smile. Food quality and breakfast spread were excellent. Location inside Iris Broadway Mall, Sector 85 is a big plus — everything you need is nearby, yet the hotel itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a perfect experience with great hospitality, superb cleanliness and true value for money. Highly recommended — will definitely stay here again! 🌟

Booked room for overnight stay in the evening 7.30pm at Sarovar Portico Gurugram. Booking made on the name of Day Booking by Sarovar Portico with timing 10am to 4pm whereas the booking was done on same day in the evening.

I had a wonderful stay at the sarovar portico. The room was clean and tidy, all the alliances were working great and the service was exceptional. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Food is cherry on the top.

Had a wonderful stay at IRIS Sarovar Portico, Gurgaon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very courteous, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Perfect location for both business and leisure. Would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

The location might slightly feel on the outskirts of Gurgaon but the complex is well equipped for any other food related matter. Rest the staff was very sweet and the service was quick too. Cleanliness was good as well.

I made a booking at Hotel Iris Sarovar Portico, Gurugram by mistake and immediately informed them on call. Despite reaching out within minutes, the hotel staff flatly refused to help, cancel, or refund. This shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. For a property operating under the Sarovar Portico brand, this kind of behavior is shocking and unacceptable. I am a MakeMyTrip Premium Customer, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had in terms of customer support. Instead of understanding the situation, the staff acted arrogantly, as if they don’t care once they’ve received the payment. It’s not about the amount — it’s about how they treat their guests. If a simple genuine mistake can’t be handled with courtesy, it raises serious questions about how they deal with real issues during a stay. Highly disappointed. Would advise others to think twice before booking this property. I will be updating this review everywhere until the management personally reaches out and resolves this fairly.

Stay was good but so many power cuts.. food , pool, restaurant all okay.. but gym and restaurant has less space to use.

Stay was good but too many power cut. I hurts lot. About cleaning and maintenance was really good.. the food also okay near by hotel so many choice of restaurants available instead of use hotel food because it’s quite expensive and less categories...

Such a nice and peaceful staff, Clean and luxurious rooms, I will love to visit again, the only thing then can fix Dining (Rates) as they don't allow the outside food, else everything was just perfect

It was a great stay here. The room was neat and large with an attached balcony. Walking distance to a mall. Room service was also nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will choose this place again next time.

The room was good. I would say it is worth, but the services are too bad. I had asked them to pick up my laundry, but I really don't know how they missed it. Moreover, the laundry which I had given the day ichecked in, there were stains on my trouser. even the breakfast platter wasn’t good yesterday. Today It was better. . The lady at reception wasn’t professional at all neither she knows how tomresolve any customer related challenges. there is a lot of scope for improvement in terms of their hospitality and services. I had booked Junior suite room, and room was good. Thank you.

The stay was good, hotel located in an aloof place. The food and amenities were a bit average! It’s a nice option to consider if you’re travelling to Delhi and want to stay on the highway.
