The stay was good. Rooms were nice and services were also good. The staff were also nice. In breakfast buffet mostly they had fried items or noodles and it is difficult to have those at 8-8:30 in the morning. That could be improved.

Dear Team, Being a guest of your hotel My stay Experience was so horrible. 1. Room smells badly and i called to service mananger kindlydo spray to avoid that dirty smell. 2. Room ac dack open at night around 11:30 pm that incident disturb badly 3. In the morning ,when we were going for breakfast downstairs. Two people came in my room without our permission to do ratified night incident and my luggage was open .

The stay was awesome, the best breakfast one can hope for. The staff was super helpful and they helped me in planning a family lunch. Rooms were also upto the mark. Breakfast was average and cold. Room was good , washroom was a little below par from our expectation. Professionals at the reception felt a little cold maybe work pressure .

Poor Stay

The rooms were damp. Had to change room twice. The manager was kind and helped but somehow the quality has dropped tremendously. Didn’t feel like a Marriott property

Stafff is good and genotype they helped us with the check in process all the process is soo smooth. Food at lounge and common dinning area is to good, they prepared noodles for us specially and additionally the breakfast is too yum.

It’s was a pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriot hotel in gurugram. The hospitality was awesome and I was greeted very well by each and every staff at the hotel. I would recommend if you are looking for a stay in Gurugram location.
