When I Book that time showing 24 hours but when I visit then there stop said that you booked only 4 hours deluxe room book but provide me third class room and extra charge 600 hundred also take he said me that I will refund morning but do nothing

Wrong details mentioned in mmt, even the location was nowhere near to the actual location of the property. The hotel manager did not allow at the tariff given in mmt. Why no checks are done at mm t level to avoid such issues with customer?
