We chose this Four Points By Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield to attend an exam in the pro-metric, Whitefield. Though there were nearer Four Points By Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefields, we went for this one seeing the amazing reviews. Our stay there was extremely comfortable with nice, clean rooms with all modern amenities. The buffet dinner and breakfast had an amazing choice of both Indian and foreign foods. All of the chefs needs to be appreciated for their delicate preparation with utmost perfection. The amazing housekeeping, host, hostess team just did a great job helping us in having the most comfortable stay. I would like to specially mention the staff for their pleasant service. I like to say, the whole team of four points from the person at entry gate to house keeping everybody made me realize how a gesture if care with sincerity can have lasting impression.
The stay at four points by Sheraton was extremely good, peaceful and enjoyable. The staff there the whole team did an amazing job in taking care of all our requirements even the minute ones. The buffet dinner and breakfast had an excellent choice of both Indian and foreign food. I would like to mention my host and hostess who helped me choose dishes of my right taste and made me feel comfortable throughout. The chefs need a big salute for their delicate preparation of each dish with utmost perfection and taste. The housekeeping boys did help us with all the help in very short time.

The Four Points By Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield is excellent. Rooms are very clean. Food is excellent, and service is good. The staff are cordial and helpful. It is located close to many shops. It is also walking distance from the purple metro line.

The staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt personal and efficient. Housekeeping was timely, and The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed.

it's a good property with high level of hygiene and an amazing hospitality. All the staff right from front desk to restaurant were extremely hospitable going out of way to provide an exhilarating experience.

excellent food and service. the AC/thermostat is a bit dated, takes time to change room temperature. and heating feature is also not provided. 8/10 stay experience.

The stay was comfortable. Food was amazing, little expensive but very tasty. The breakfast was the best and the hospitality on the 1st floor restaurant was amazing.

Thevstay was excellent. Room was spacious with clean bedsheets. Buffet was excellent on request specially roti and sabji was made for my 6 year son. I stayed alone with my son and it felt very safe.

I'm disappointed by the office transfer vehicle service which was part of the booking, the rest was good.
