It was my parents anniversary and i booked specially for them and the services were very poor like they gave room in corner which was very very far aur Bhut Andar Jake Tha kisi kone and view was very bad upar se i booked dinner cum breakfast and dinner mein buffet hi available Nahi Tha no welcome drinks no special feeel , i will not recommend this hotel to any one

There were no welcome drinks, the services were too late, the ac was not working whole night even after many reminders and calls for the same. the breakfast buffet spread was too poor with no taste in anything.

Given the 5 star rating - the food and the comfort is bit lower the hotel star rating. Was given 3rd floor and their lobby is on 4th Floor which create unecessary noises in the night while sleeping. It disturbs your sleep.

the room was goood and comfortable however the food was not good and over pricely. The food lacked flavors. With respect to services, there is a scope of improvement. But I really liked the fact that the reception was available 24x7 which is very convenient. And also the fact that outside food was allowed.

The Bristol Hotel Gurgaon appears to be unassuming from outside but the moment you step in the corridors, there is something like an old world charm. The highlight of the stay was the excellent food further accentuated by the efficient service by the polite staff of the Palmyra restaurant, especially Aman.
