    There were no welcome drinks, the services were too late, the ac was not working whole night even after many reminders and calls for the same. the breakfast buffet spread was too poor with no taste in anything.

    Doesn’t matches the star rating

    Given the 5 star rating - the food and the comfort is bit lower the hotel star rating. Was given 3rd floor and their lobby is on 4th Floor which create unecessary noises in the night while sleeping. It disturbs your sleep.

    I had informed the staff multiple times that the AC wasn’t working, but each time I was told it would start cooling in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it never did.

    Great Stay but Average food

    the room was goood and comfortable however the food was not good and over pricely. The food lacked flavors. With respect to services, there is a scope of improvement. But I really liked the fact that the reception was available 24x7 which is very convenient. And also the fact that outside food was allowed.

    The Bristol Hotel Gurgaon appears to be unassuming from outside but the moment you step in the corridors, there is something like an old world charm. The highlight of the stay was the excellent food further accentuated by the efficient service by the polite staff of the Palmyra restaurant, especially Aman.

    Recently renovated older property with clean and well appointed rooms. Very nice and accomodating staff. Easy access to South Delhi including Airport and near major places of interest in Gurugram. Breakfast spread is good. The hotel should be rated 4/5 stars.
