Really good experience everyone was friendly the food was good and the staff were fantastic the rooms are also too good

Honestly, this was one of our best stay at Marriot. We love each bit of it from food to location, specially the location was right in the centre. Everything was just 5 to 7 minutes away, and we enjoyed our stay to the core. The Service specially was very nice. Everyone was so polite, so generous and so helpful, highly highly appreciate that and kudos to everyone who supported usvery nice staff. Everyone smiling very helpful. One thing that could be improved is the number of items in the breakfast, very limited options, but the dinner buffet was again very nice. Thank you so much.

The property, food, staff behaviour everything is extremely good...overall stay was amazing...went with my family and it was pretty nice...

Property was nice, well located, the breakfast offered was not of quality

Very good property, nice and cooperative staff, nice location

The rooms are spacious. Cleanliness prior to check-in needs to be improved. The lifts are being upgraded. We were on level 5 in wing 4. Had to climb up the stairs every time we went out or to the spa. They should have informed guests in advance that the lift will be out of order during the day. Seniors will not be able to climb 4/5 floors.

We booked 2 rooms initially and the booking was not confirmed so we had to book 2 more rooms because we were on the deadline later on we saw that both the bookings were confirmed so we had booked 4 rooms for the same duration, we tried reaching out to make my trip as well as the marriott suites but they keep dodging the issue between each other mmt said speak with the property and we will refund and property said if mmt allow we will refund this is not at all acceptable there should be some common ground we tried to reschedule the booking of 2 rooms to next month so that at-least we could use our stay but the property and mmt both didn't help us at all this is very disappointing as they should have a food customer service or at-least someone who could help us in these extreme situations we have put in alot of money and it was all a waste we couldn't even enjoy the stay because of this whole situation i would still want either mmt or the property to see if anything can be done if they could shift the booking of 1 room to next month for the same dates we would really appreciate it.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The stay wasn’t pleasant as the room i booked was garden suite king size but i was allocated balcony suite. Then i extended my stay on the manager’s request as they promised to not have such issues and will take care of the same. The second day of my stay was again an issue as the desk team kept calling 7-8times in 2hrs time to check when i was checking out.
