Excellent Hospitality and Fabulous Stay!
We had the most comfortable and fabulous stay at Ritz Carlton Pune! Excellent hospitality! Staff took such great care of us at all times! Food was delicious and spa/salon services were great too! And such lovely mother’s day surprises especially by Chetan! The play area activities organised by hotel for mother’s day were super engaging and cute! We hope to come back super soon!

Excellent Stay
recently stayed at the ritz carton Hotel for a one-day trip. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to various businesses. The room was large and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a safe, and a water boiler. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at reception, where they were fast and obliging. My stay was very enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Great experience. We had an amazing stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the club. I would only suggest to add some more veg items to the snacks since we had only two veg starters and 3 non veg starters, which makes the options very limited for vegetarians. But overall it was a lovely stay.

Spa improvement
The property's location, food, amenities and services were all excellent each and every staff was very polite, humble and was also very helpful for every little thing but i had some miss conversation issue at the spa. I thought that only 1000 has to be paid after services and it is a part of my package but after i took the services i was charged 8000 so some communication improvement needs to be made on the part of the staff at spa because we really had problem managing our cash post our stay at the hotel
