Staff and food service was very good

The stay was very relaxing and good. The room was comfortable and food was amazing. The hospitality was also very amazing.

Ritika the front dek exective as well as all other hotel staff were quite helpful. But the room amenities really need to be worked upon. The bathtub drainage tab was not working, the liquid dispensers were all coming out of the wall. We also had a scary experience with one of the lifts which opened halfway and closed suddenly. Overall ok experience. Food spread was good, but taste wise was quite bland.

We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel team made our son’s birthday truly memorable. Special thanks to Swati for arranging everything with such care and ensuring the celebration felt so special. Also, a big shout-out to Vishal Takampalle for his exceptional service in the restaurant—his attention and warmth made the day even better. Thank you to the entire team for outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so valued. Highly recommended!

The staff at the check in counter refused the deluxe balcony room and mentioned that v have booked the superior room. Upon making a noise that it is an error from their end. However, after raising our voices and showing our booking confirmation they gave us the pre booked room. The internet service in the hotel is equivalent to not being there. Do not rely on that and no help will be provided for hours.

I booked 2N stay for my family (Wife, Son and myself) on the occasion of our marriage anniversary. While booking I raised the request for room decoration and Anniversary cake as it was our anniversary celebration but neither was done by the hotel staff. I even reminded them while requesting for room cleaning still it was not done post which I did not remind them. Apart from this rest stay and food was good and comfortable

Good Service, Good Location, Best Hospitality. Cost of food and drinks are over rated too much. Due to overrated drinks, we cannot experience bar lodge.

Rooms were great, but food was very average, it did not match the standard with hotels in the same range. Trampoline Park free passes also created problem, to redeem same we had to wait for more than an hour. Overall experience was average and did not worth spending 26k + 6k for transportation

This was my 3rd visit to Novotel earlier two visits were good that's why we went for the third time but unfortunately this visit was terrible 1. Staff was not efficient and courteous, check in process was very slow despite all prior payments 2. Room door locks were not in good health and required maintenance couple of lights were not working 3. To carry luggage to rooms, there was no staff when we took luggage by ourself, in few minutes staff came with some other customers luggage to our room 4. In the night around 10 PM, someone rang the bell, in 5 seconds 1 staff rep opened our room with extra key and asked if tv has to be started , THAT WAS SO SHOCKING How can staff open room when we are about to sleep????? 5 At check out time, we asked for gst bill, which we always take, the staff person told us we can't provide, when I insisted than he checked and gave it so overall there was no trained staff, customer centric approach missing Only at play area, Chaitanya is a very nice and courteous guy always, he is an old person there

Food is great Especially the no. Of items in breakfast is amazing Location of hotel is great for imagicaa lovers

Nice Resort Nice Stay and Good Food .. Had good experience very next to Imagicaa and snow world .....

The property is situated just beside the Imagica theme park. Location wise its an excellent place. Facilities are also good. However its too crowded. The space for dinning area is comparatively small, if we take into account number of rooms. They should work on this.

It was very nice experience, the food so... delicious, very nice play area for children including the pool , rooms were too good , and if someone got hurt the staff come running immediately to help and very nice service too.... By Advaita

What I liked: - Convenient location, very close to Imagica. - Dining team was accommodating of our vegan preferences. - Chef Advait Bharti deserves a special mention — he really tried to help despite the Diwali rush. What didn’t work: - Property feels quite old and not well maintained. - Rooms are extremely small; sofa-cum-bed in our room wasn’t working. - Overall food quality was average. - The stay felt overpriced for what it offered (possibly due to festive rates). Verdict: Apart from its proximity to Imagica, there isn’t much that stands out. Service effort was appreciated, but overall experience didn’t match the price. Would probably try a different hotel next time.

Property is good but not maintained….Staff is too casual….food quality is good but service is slow.

Property is very well maintained with amenities for all age group. Highlight for us was kids play area and swimming pool. Rooms are also well maintained and has comfortable vibe to it. Food options and taste is excellent and suitable for all pallete. Valet packing is available and staff is very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend stay here.
