There room was not clean and bed and be sheets are not clean and proper also there is no hot water and shower facility also we asked them to provide Wi-Fi but they said it’s not working Also there is no secure car parking and there is having TV signal error

we had a terrible experience regarding this hotel. There is no hygiene in the washroom . TV not working, flushing not working in the toilet. nothing recommended for families.

Room are very shady and unhygienic. Bed sheet & pillow cover was not clean, i have asked to change it. Bathroom kept in bad shape. Even food is average.

He has not given check in ! denied by saying that his hotel is complex sold out and make my trip have done wrongly booking as they have already declared sold out ! pathetic experience mid night along with my spouse and child. This was harassment from hotel and make my trip.

Rooms was not allotted as per mentioned, not even bed for child was proper, no door lock was there in washroom not door mat for vi-ping a leg

Hotel hill park is very far from imagica and hotel facilities also average

very poor service , the hotel location is wrong, rooms lack basic things like soap, towels etc. and mosquitoes gave very bad experience

The hotel contact number given is not connecting to the hotel but their office in mumbai who had no clue when we contacted them for help. One lady gave another number and that number was out if range. We followed the lication link provided by and it took us 14 km away from khopoli to a wrong destination. When we called this property contact no the lady said she is based in mumbai and gave us another number which did not work. Finally she gave us another location link on wa after many many calls and then we reached the hotel after wasting two hours due to a wrong location and a wrong property contact no. We have requested them to correct both so that in future more customers dont suffer like us. Very bad experience.

We had reached on location was given by makemytrip there was no hotel. Then ask hotel person they semd their location and that was 12 km away from your given location. We had given extra taxi for that. Service was bad. Hotel room is not cleaned. Kindly change hotel location. We suffered other should not suffered

The property was good and location was nice the hotel was near bus stand
