Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala

It was a very pleasant stay. We had a good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating of all our needs.

The ambience and the service was top notch. Hygiene was maintained all over the hotel. Food was also really good especially the rooftop skydining restaurant. The only issue we faced was the spa rooms could have been little bigger and peace was not maintained outside the spa rooms which was constantly disturbing us during the spa session.

Property is good but rooms don’t have a good view. Happy hours prices are inflated. Food is average. Pool is not great

when we are sitting at the dinner table, the buffet table, I need to send the bill of my room number 1102. Please piad the bill room no no, you will piad there, embracing me this not good

As property is new , stay was pleasant . I stayed in junior suite which was good in size, amenities etc . Small things like 75 inch smart TV for watching for kids matters a lot . Room service and all were up to the mark . Very much satisfied

The experience was mediocre. The location was decent, but the hotel price didn't match the value. We paid for two nights, expecting some complimentary activities, which weren't included. The food was also decent. Wish to have better experience in the future.

This property charges on every activity we do there. Food was avg not worth the cost.

we booked two rooms and have good experience but the staff's coordination is poor felt not good there at lonavala Radisson I am regularly staying at Radisson but this time disappointed

The property was excellent. The authentic Maratha food was awesome..has not expected that.. 😊 the staff were very courteous and very help through out our stay.

The stay was good, specially the bath tub concept on gallery was amazing, breakfast was huge spread , property is not too big compare to Karjat and alibaug,, games area is also good some games are chargeable, overall good stay

While the location and the property was great, the service at the Marquee restaurant was pathetic. Too many issues with service to write. House keeping service could also be vastly improved. Again, too many issues to write. If someone from the property wants specific feedback, I will be happy to provide

The raddison blu hotel resort and spa was located in best part of Lonavala, in Gold valley. Our stay was pleasant. Ambience safety, food, service, in house activities were truly appreciated. Their sky lounge is also very good, with stunning view of mountains. In rainy season you’ll find it like paradise.

Location is great, warm hospitality. We asked for room decoration and it was nicely done. Thanks to Madhulika and Durva. Breakfast is extensive. Its the best at its price point.

Optimal location, not too far from main city yet away from the hustle bustle. Plenty of amenities, very well maintained property and polite and speedy service.

It's an excellent resort. Cozy, comfortable and amazing rooms. Service was good. Wide range of menu in restaurants. The extra activities like tracking and excursion had made our trip memorable.
