Upper Deck Resort

Experience was quite good. Resort should maintain activity room properly especially cleanliness in gymnasium

Location of the Resort is Outstanding with beautiful views. During clouds it is very beautiful. Food was also good. Evening tea was wonderful. However small stretch of 100-150 m stretch in approach road is very bad, which should be repaired.

The hotel is very well located and has all required facilities for resort. The food available is delicious and staff is courteous

The location of the resort is superb and views are breathtaking from the decks. Overall stay was good. Condition of room is okay, Buffett lunch was delicious, Support staff was friendly & responsive. Few things need improvements like WIFI service not available in room, you can access WIFI only at reception. This is very basic service and should be available in rooms as well. Al-carte food menu is too costly and services are very slow. Example -a small bowl of ice-cream cost me around 350+taxes.

Very poor stay....its an amazing property with a fabulous location but the condition of the property is pathetic. Major renovation needed for the rooms and common areas. the staff tried their best but they cannot do anything if the property condition is pathetic. Amita at the front desk was cooperative. Over all very unsatisfactory stay.

Location is very beautiful but quality of furniture ambience of restaurant and quality of room is very poor, staff is good food is good but because of poor ambience and non maintenance I will not go again.

rooms were clean, location was excellent but the booking on makemytrip was 4k more expensive than a direct booking at the hotel keeping all inclusives same.

Room was spacious. Property is at prime location. But the variety of food in complimentary breakfast is very limited. Curtains are torn and dirty. There is no room for driver and ghe food for driver is stale

Upper deck justifies its name being at a good height. Good infrastructure, very cordial & supportive staff, excellent food, good view from the rooms all are assets of the resorts leading to a very comfortable stay.

Wow Just an awesome place to stay..!! Good rooms, Delicious food..variety of breakfast. Breathtaking natural view and mesmerising cloudy atmosphere. But little bit expensive otherwise love the place.

My recent stay at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala, with a booking for 2 rooms for 4 people was extremely disappointing. were the same. The receptionist and manager were adamant, refusing to allow two people in a room without the extra charge. Only after we asked to cancel the booking and refund the amount did they reluctantly agree to allow double occupancy. It felt like they were simply trying to exploit the situation. The rooms themselves were in terrible condition—damp, smelly, and with signs of water leakage. Basic amenities were missing: there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms (despite zero mobile network coverage in the area), making it impossible to even use phones or watch TV. The passage to the rooms was leaking, smelled bad, and had no proper carpeting. On top of that, there was no valet parking, no proper room service, and most of the advertised amenities were either non-functional or poorly maintained. the stay was a complete letdown. Poor service, bad attitude from staff, lack of maintenance, and no basic facilities made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a resort. Definitely not worth the money.

Stay was decent. The property is located at one of the highest points of Lonawala. The breakfast and Dinner buffet is good there.

Overall the stay was very pleasant. Monsoon season is the best to stay here with breathtaking mountain views. Rooms can be better however it was not bad either.

Location Perfect.Rooms very old,furnitures very old,cleanliness not upto mark,breakfast very limited and bad taste .Hospitality at its worst. So Except for location nothing is good about thus place.Please avoid
