Velvet County Resort and SPA

all good it's a very good resort and in the rainy season is so awesome. The staff is very cooperative

Firstly when we reached we got the wrong room, after speaking to the manager I got what I paid for. The bed was broken, the food was ok not so great. The resort needs a lot of maintainance. Would not recommend the resort to anyone.

Pathetic quality of rooms. Poor feedback from the staff members request to change to a better room was denied. There was no network in the rooms. There was no Wi-Fi in the hotel. There was no intercom connection and on top of that the hotel accessibility was poor as well.

The space was good but the maintenance and facilities were poor. The staff wasn't active enough to resolve the queries

That was a hopeless experience. Still waiting for refund

Located at exotic location & cover with greens however you will not get network here. Only concern was restaurant service which was bit slow

The location is good and food is tasty. But the facilities need to be improved. They could also do with a renovation of the property and better wifi connection.

The room was moist and smelled of damp mould all over the sheets, pillow and bed. Property was amazing with the balcony view we had. Our checkout timing was 10am and they purposely turned off our rooms's electricity before 10 am itself while we noticed all the other rooms were working fine. Unhygienic services. No access to swimming pool. Not worth the money we paid around 4.2k.

I booked the resort as there was swimming pool. The swimming pool was not cleaned for many days and the cleaning motor was not working.. There is no spa for many years. Nothing for kids as such. It was waste of money for me. Property location is also inner side of khandala but ok. Food quality is okay not so good. There is no range for mobile. Hotels WiFi was also not working. Over all poor quality. Thre staff is good for service.

My personal experience was good. Location, amenities and services were also fine and the staffs were supportive. I could only say that food options are somewhat less and quality also could be better.

One thing I liked a lot about the resort was its location. The quietness, peace and greenery was refreshing. The room was spacious but could be cleaner. The food was simple and well priced. Hospitality was good. The overall cleanliness of the resort can be improved. The overall experience was nice especially the location and the views from the resort.

Isolated yet excellant environment! well maintained rooms, hospitality is very good, food is nice, room service fast & nice! Very cooperative & humble staff. Swimming pool is big, games are limited. There is no Spa.

The stay was nice overall. I like the rustic feel of the property. However the kitchen and restaurant was under-staffed. It took one hour for us to get our lunch. Waiters were not suggestive as to what quantity will be right for us. (two people). Housekeeping was poor as we had left two used tea cups and a flask outside our room door. It wasn't cleared till the next day. The room rates are reasonable and a plus point is it is pet friendly.
