Kumar Resort By Turtle, Lonavala

The stay is terrible as rooms are located place which are beside the kitchen. Arcade was closed. no maintenance of the hotel and water park.

Property good

The only good part was that the room was decent enough good, but all there were a lot of problems like hot water was not there. We had to call the reception and asked them to turn on, and then proper slippers in the room and all the materials which they should provide us were nor there and had to call and ask them. They didn't have swimming towels near the swimming pool and electricity was going on and off continuously like there were 20 to 30 interruptions in a day for the electricity and there was no back up after 10 or 15 or 20 minutes, randomly electricity comes.

Food is average, breakfast is good 👍. Location is good, highway touch. The scenery is not there. Railway noise is irritating. Water park is good option for fun activities which is included.

The overall experience was fun and service was good , the water park is kept in good condition, breakfast was included.

Location is amazing, at the start of Lonavala, nearby all eatetries. Waterpark is havinh 6-7 rides and 4 pools. 1 of the pool is 7 ft deep and can be used by swimmers. Overall worth it.

The water park was good and the room was also clean and spacious, the food in the breakfast was limited but tasty

The stay was excellent and staff served us with good gesture and all are polite and the food was amazing and we linked the typical maharashtrian food. Kinds enjoyed the pools rides. Thanks make my trip for hazzel free stay..

I had a wonderful stay at Kumar Resort by Turtle! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working condition. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day, ensuring everything was spotless and replenished. The ambiance was peaceful, and I especially loved the view from the balcony. It made the whole experience even more relaxing. Truly a great value for the price—highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Worst experience in terms of stay ... we hv paid for room and way we hv offered is very average room .... after discussion with mgt and asked for refund they offered another room ... that is also lower cost than way we hv booked... since we did late check-in and further to this delay we somehow managed our stay... will not recommend stay in y to his hotel

excellent stay food prices are in higher side rooms are well maintained. water park was good but some activities are closed no response from the mens available there. overall good and clean excellent stay

Food was pathetic and while having the brekfast buffet all the utensils were so unclean and dirty..no proper spread was there..idli was raw..very very unhygienic..However the room was good and the house keeping was also good.. But I will not recommend to go there..even the water park has also become ok ok.. They should focus on food quality on priority..

Rooms were amazing staff is very good but waterpark experience was bad nearly half of the rides didn’t work and water was green in colour of some rides Lift of the hotel are terrible not up to the mark overall experience was 7.5/10

Unhygienic , poor service. No drinking water available. Carry your own. All you get is 2 complimentary bottles while check-in. Thats it. Room service is non responsive. No working wifi. Frequent electricity outage. Stinky bed. Would highly recommend people to ask as many as people as possible to not to visit such places. Especially if travelling with family.

One day prior I already told management to prepare jain breakfast but somehow that message was not delivered to kitchen team and there was nothing for us. Overall for cleanliness I will rate it poor, there was lots of watery fishy smell..

It was truly amazing experience. Very good and comfortable ambience. With beautiful pool side view room. Good food.
