Excellent Rooms, Delicious Food, Good Staff, Good Location Must Visit once. there is value for money at ZARA

"I recently had a disappointing experience at Zara's Resort, booked through an online platform. The services fell short of expectations, and I was treated differently compared to other customers. Despite multiple requests, housekeeping and maintenance issues weren't addressed, including a damaged coffee table and inadequate bathroom amenities. The overall experience was subpar, and I'm sharing this to raise awareness about the disparity in services offered to online customers."

Extra mattress was laid on the floor ! The housekeeping guy was walking with his shoes inside the room while laying the mattress. I found this disgusting !

it’s a clean hygienic set-up at a great location. but that’s about it...staff is almost absent...it’s almost like a PG

Resor was good ,good location quick room service , only thing i dont like is they charge amount for hi tea and sandwich 400 rs

It was the second trip to Zara after almost 6 years. Very pleasant stay moreover good hospitality and amazing food. We had both veg and non veg and the taste was awesome.

Very unpleasant experience as the quality of stay & food was very poor. The crowd is not what we usually want around us . Would never recommend anyone to visit .

Resort is very nice, family atmosphere, but the FOOD is not good, whatever we ordered mostly return back, In future if you want stay in this resorts, either take your food, or eat out side, Management should take care of this Ramesh lalwani. Room no 311

Location is good but traffic prone on weekends! The Resort is Too overpriced for the facilities and condition of the hotel, since its old and not maintained upto the mark..

Property is good . But not as good as the price they charge. Pool is useless. They have 2 swimmimg pools .. 1 is for elders which has 5 feet and 7 feet deep. Major area is 7 feet deep . So only swimmers can go there. Full family cant enjoy together. 5 feet area is very small. Plus 2nd pool is just 1 foot deep. Very good for very small children. Adults will be totally bored in pool with water till only knee. So family will be divided .. 7 feet deep pool is totally waste. No1 goes there. Food wuality is very average. For the premium price they charge, food is way below average. Worst is , they charge extra 10% for room service. To save this 10%, you need to come to their restaurant, where there is no AC. So cant go there in summer.

The worst property to stay in lonavala. To start with, the moment we enter the premises, there was no valley parking service plus no bell boy to help us with the . When we told the reception guy to send some help for luggage , it took him way more than required time and ultimately we ourselves have to take drag our luggage to the reception area. We booked the super deluxe room with Valley view (as what was mentioned on make my trip). When checked at reception, he said the entire property is not at valley view and so they don’t have any room with valley view. This was the second disappointment. Moving on to the Super Deluxe room.... it was sticking, like literally, we couldn’t stay in there for more than 5 mins. Door locks were not atomatic. They were very basic with a latch. The washrooms were not deeply cleaned. We have to ask the staff to spray some room freshener. The overall vibe was not at all good. The mattresses were so hard. My child wasn’t feeling comfortable at all. My family wasn’t feeling comfortable enough to stay there on a vacation trip. I booked this property and what I got wasn’t worth 2k. This was not expected out of “MakeMyTrip “ to lie about the property location and rating when the minimum facilities aren’t there. I expect my money back as you can’t give my precious time back that I wasted at Zara’s. Atleast you should give my money back and going forward rate the property as per their facilities. It wasn’t a low rate property as per your website. But what we got was below average. The pool was also for the formality only... so small n tacky. Didn’t have courage to eat there with my family. I spent for that room.... not 2k. We hardly stayed for 15-20 mins n then I decided to go somewhere else. Do not fool people with wrong information and wrong rating.

Rooms were not worth the price Rooms were not as lavish shown in the pictures. Not worth the money they are charging. Washroom flush was not working in out room AC was not functioning properly. They upgraded the room but we faced same issue. Breakfast buffet had many options but taste was bland

Location was nice. About amenities and service- Washroom washbasin was faulty as it was only giving hot water. Bathroom was small. The partition between washbasin and bathroom was very small because of which the water sprinkled and made the floor on washbasin side wet.Also the toilet seat was getting wet as it was close to the shower

I stayed here in peak summer of April25. The temperature here was slightly less compared to Lonavala. The property is very clean, well maintained. not far from Lonavala with no traffic noise gives a calm & peace feeling. Lot of greenery & chirping birds add to the bliss. Good breakfast and courteous staff. The resort has a good swimming pool as well. will come here again.
