Location of the resort was great but the room needed more maintenance. Nice place with good ambience

Resort ambiance is very good, I loved the house structure, surrounding is good and calm, not much distance from city center. staff is cooperative, little bit here and there but overall it was good.

A very good and economical place for famiky stays and a perfect place for get together.

Resort wise it’s okay but rooms are not of the quality they charge you for. Especially the mattress, duvet, tv was very pathetic. I would suggest searching some other good resort.

The up keep of rooms is not proper such as some lights are not working, no sleeper for toilet, no catle for hot water, the break fast limited variety

Bed sheet, blanket and pillow was not clean. Tv ans telephone was not also working. Rest others are fine. Good location. Peaceful

They stay is good. Property is good and peaceful. Rooms were clean. Faced hot water issue in the morning but they provided ample hot water once complained.

We went for one night. Reception was very good. But manager (who decides) seems focused on cost cutting in buffet. Yes, all good business should do that but don't tell the customer to help in cost saving. Not only this leads to bad impression but also low staff morale. Food was very good, room furniture and ac need an upgrade. Looks quite old. Full marks for location.

Property location is excellent as it is situated on main road and peaceful location with good scenic views. Food is good. Only point is that neither menu is not provided in the room nor intercom service is working.

Resort is near to aadimata elvira mata temple, good for staying, food varieties and quality must be improve

Very decent place to stay. Friendly staff.

Poor amenities. Common shower not working. Lawns not maintained. Mosquito bothering all the time. Staff is not supportive. Restaurant is average. Food is ok but price is bit higher. Remote location no public transport readily available. No wifi.

Better to look for other options in Lonavla, this hotel is too costly and services even can't match 1 star hotel.

Pros 1. The restaurant here is good. The food that they provide is of good quality. 2. The property of the resort is good. 3. The swimming pool is good it is kept clean. Cons 1. Bad quality shampoo (Vatika sachet) and soaps (medimix) 2. Just 1 complementary bottle of water even though we were 3 people. 3. Pool timings are very tight, should be extended in the summer (just a suggestion) 4. Service of the staff is very average, the staff doesn't help out much. 1. Did not let us have dinner outside even though there is a provision. 2. Did not adjust the bed. 3. Very slow room service. 4. The changing room has broken knobs and unhooked curtains. 5. The jacuzzi was not working even though it is mentioned in the activities mentioned. And don't even get me started on the worst thing here that is go-kart ing! I would like to point out that they have hired goons and the biggest goon is the main head. He was very rude with the customers when we asked him for a thing that should have been offered by him. The vehicles were in very bad condition only half of them were working and the other half were faulty and stopped during the ride. Another illegal thing that they are doing is that they don't have insurance over the vehicles and they charge the same from customers in case of any damage, so please be aware when you sigh the paperwork. Overall review It is not Worth it for the amount that they are charging. Please look at some other Resorts in Lonavala as there are a lot of them.

The resort itself is pretty. Good rooms neat and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Room service very effective. Swimming pool is pretty. Restaurant is also good. Good vegetarian food not very far from Lonavala but you need to have your own vehicle. Located close to Kinara village dhabha which is a wonderful place.
