AMANZI - THE BOUTIQUE RESORT

Amanzi is very very good n cozy. And service n staff is very good n the view is awesome. There is is a much peace over there n that cottage’s are very nice n management also excellent. Food is very yummy. It was very very good n excellent n family grandly. I would suggest everyone to go amanzi n enjoy.

The worst experience ever, pls avoid this resort. Food is terrible, they have no consideration for a request of just an hour more of late checkout (half day charges was applicable supposedly ), not open to even feedback and the lady at the reception was so full of herself. Overall not worth Though the other staff were good and polite.

Location is good, food is average, all amenities like Wi-Fi is available. Service is prompt and courteous. Services are available between 8 am to 11 pm only. Frequent power cuts. Generator back up is there. Special food request for kids is available. Basketball, badminton is available for outdoor play. Lots of books to read. Not much for the kids to play. Good for a max 2 nights visit. Environment is calm.

Amazing property at a great location and very well maintained and managed by a polite and good staff

Veg food can be improved and rooms can have a TV as well Or some activity just to make sure guests are entertained as property is small and there nothing to do apart from relaxing or taking spa

Very good property , maintained well with a well trained courteous staff. The rooms were aesthetically done with good hygiene conditions. We had booked Garden view rooms which we felt could have been larger considering the charges. WiFi is in rooms and restaurants but was slow. Excellent choices were offered for each of the meals including live stations. overall a great place to stay

Location is Good , but in summers it is too hot during Afternon although by Evening and sunset it was good. Suite room booked with Swimming pool does not has any privacy in case if planning to use swimming pool in private moments there after there is also access to swimming from outside of villa for which there is no locked door so anyone can easily access it apart from that suite room has 2 bed room so the 2nd room was locked and i was not even informed by Make my trip either resort tried to give a good veriety of option in food although it was not so exponential but the for the price that we paid i would rather expect more food options.I did not use much of Room service but whatever little did i used i felt service is Fair

Location is damn scenic. Great views. Beautiful large cottages with balcony overseeing the pawn a lake. Great service. Dining room service is the best i have seen. Needs to be bit senior citizen and handicap friendly by creating easy walking or wheelchair landscape

The amenities and processes are very basic. For the prices they charge, the food laid out in breakfast and rest of meals are very basic. Like breakfast had idli, sambhar, poha and up-ma with one variety of fruit. Like counter for dosa and waffle. Our room was the one with private pool. When we reached there it had algae in it and by the time they got someone to come and clean it as per patch work, it was already 6. 30pm as a compensation we asked for a late checkout, the management was pretty adamant that they can't do beyond 12. Whereas the check in time for next guest is 2pm. They are under staffed and thus the services take a little too long and the whole communication is on cell phones as no in room phones available. At times network then becomes an issue.

No recreational activities but excellent food: the resort is very well maintained but the biggest drawback is that the resort does not have much to do within its premises. There are no recreational activities, just a swimming pool. Even if you wish to play carrom, you need to specifically ask for it. This can be one of the biggest reasons why people do not spend two nights or more at the resort as it becomes very boring. However, the biggest plus point of the resort is its food. All the food we had was included in our package and everything was delicious. But still i would say that the resort is a bit over priced basis the activities and facilities provided by it.

Beautiful property and excellent service. There’s quality in everything. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was polite and prompt. I would highly recommend this place.

To be honest, I had high expectations for the place, and perhaps in my mind, I envisioned something different. However, it wasn’t meant to be. This is coming from someone who has likely been spoiled by the hospitality at Taj and Ritz. Let’s start with the pros: 1. The staff were very courteous, supportive, and well-behaved. 2. The spa: We booked a couple’s massage session, which was the highlight of our staycation. 3. The villa: We booked a luxury villa, which was spacious and clean. The pool was good, and the sitting area was a nice spot to play games and spend quality time. 4. The property: It’s expansive, with beautiful views and great landscaping. A lot of thought has gone into building the property, and it’s truly beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the pros end. Now, let’s dig into the cons: 1. The food and buffet spread were nothing to write home about. There wasn’t a single dish that stood out. For example, the dahi vada was just vada in yogurt. The list goes on in this department. 2. We requested a fruitcake for my wife’s birthday, but for some reason, it had a strong garlic taste. I took three or four bites to be sure, and the garlic flavor was very prominent. 3. There was no WiFi or TV, so if you book this place for three days, good luck. 4. A cold drink in the room costs 250, while at the restaurant, it’s 150. This is bizarre since both are part of the same property. 5. The door in the luxury suite had to be pushed hard to close, as it seemed the lock was jammed—something you wouldn’t expect in a “luxury suite.” 6. The villa was just decent, nothing to blow your socks off. There were no amenities in the room, like moisturizer.

Amazing stay and good hospitality. The food has a good variety, buffet options and service on it is nice. Having the pavan lake is a great plus point for visitors as they can spend the day doing many more activities. Booking the spa within amanzi is a better option.

Very good property, clean and amazing people who manage and provide services there. The food was excellent (I am vegetarian). Overall a great experience .

Resort location and overall upkeepment is very nice. Not crowded. All attendants and staff very spirited and polite. Food preparation v good. Room amenities satisfactory. Deluxe villa view is awesome.

The property is a very nice place to relax and unwind. The rooms are cozy and the views from the non garden facing rooms are very pretty.

Their charges are of a boutique resort but the food and property is like 3 star hotels.

The room is very small and no cupboards in room for keeping clothes, no hair dryer, hotel not maintained, even if it is in jungle, there should not be lizards roaming around as its unhygienic, coffee was worst and cost rs three hundred, food was worst with very limited options, lunch was good, but dinner pathetic, breakfast idli sambar which is basic was sour so they are using old batter, again unhygienic, room balcony cannot be enjoyed as its full of lizards and mosquitos, live dosa counter is completely in open as full of dirt all around, it looks like a 3 star property, not worth the money spent.
