Sunshine Resort

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, there were several basic amenities that were lacking. The room did not have the usual toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar sachets, and even soap was provided only after i had to call the reception. The food at the hotel was also not up to the mark. The options were limited, and the taste was average. Another issue we faced was with the washroom, which was stinking. We had to call housekeeping to get it cleaned, which they did promptly. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooms were too small and the mattress was not comfortable and there was a moist smell in the room. Room service was good. Pool was average.

Just in-case you don't find any thing else come here, the location is road touch and basic amenities are available though not the best

Sunshine property just pathetic. Unmaintained property and don't provide basic bath kit. Waste of money.

All pillows, bed sheets, curtain have terribly bad smelling having fungus

Location, room all services were good, but room charges are too expensive, rooms were decent, but charges for those rooms were too high

No kitchen, delay in dinner /lunch, swimming pool not proper maintenaned, no sports channel on tv.

Food is good. Hotel is ok but room men-tens not good. Table is not good. Chair is broken. Charger point switch is not working.

It was nothing like mentioned. The room shown was big and what we received was too small. The management was rude. They didn't even care for the guest staying at their property. It ruined my trip. It was not worth the amount I paid.

Location was awesome every thing is closed by location

Staff was all very cooperative and nice location. Most good thing is that room size is about 150sq feet and heign. Swimming pool is also nice. Location is almost close to narayan mandir.

Safe and clean and nice room for family

Everything was good. Just fix some ac issue. Also try to get cotton beds. Foam beds are too bumpy and cause back-aches. I will visit again if above are fixed. Also wifi is only in the lobby, not in the rooms
This was my second visit. First visit experience was good. Second was okey. Pros - clean rooms, spacious rooms, all necessary amenities. Excellent food. Service by staff was good and friendly cons - my room was not ready when i checked-in (30 mins late. The bed was not made, chairs were missing. The ac worked for 5 mins and then error. We had to switch on and off to get it working again. Ac water started leaking and solution we got for that was keep temp above 24. They said that they will get it fixed in the morning but no repairman showed up. Except for 2 cons. The hotel was nice, ambience was great and service and food were also wonderful.
