While assigning a room, our team does a thorough check and the cleanliness and functionality of the AC was in order. However, had we been informed about any such issues, we would have attended to the same promptly. With regards to the extra bed, the same was asked by our team for being placed in your room during the check in process and upon being instructed by you to wait, we waited for a go-ahead from you. During the evening service, our team again enquired but there was still no response from you hence we did not provide the same in order to allow you your privacy while you enjoyed our resort.
