The rooms are average as per the rate. but the room service is useless as well as you won't get dinner at night after 8.30 pm

room was dirty with lot of dust, washroom was small, staff was rude and non understanding, they took 1500 extra just because we lost key

The stay was very good. The rooms were clean and sheets were fresh and tidy. The washroom was quite good and loved the stay there.They have a nice swimming pool to enjoy and it was at a walking distance from the railway station.

Comfortable bed and good number of TV channels for timepass. Good environment with a small backyard and swimming pool. Property upkeep can be improved by having cleaned fan and a working exhaust fan in washroom

Worst experience staying at Purohit Holiday Resort. The staff were very rude. There was no intercom connection in room. When I called directly at reception, they ignored my phone. The room and bathrooms were dirty. Had a pathetic stay

complete mess, AC not working, algae in washrooms, dust across bathroom, Rooms, stains on bedsheet, WC with full of stains, dirt on fans, AC is so risky and danger to life

property needs maintenance....not worth of price being paid.... only plus point was that it was in center of city and has ample parking space

linen not clean. Garbage/plastic bottles all over surroundings. Switches,door handle broken. No WIFI. TV cable not recharged. Comod broken with black patches.

Property is well placed in the main area of Lonavala but property is not maintained. Staff is very supportive and good in nature. They have to work on the hygiene part.

Spacious room. Really good location near to bus stand and lonavala central point. Clean and long swimming pool. Loved the service as well.

There was lots of mosquito’s in room I paid for the room rupees it’s not worth. Bcoz there was no conplemetry breakfast It’s actual price set for hotelers under 2000

property's location is in the heart of the city. Improvement can be made in the areas of cleanliness,staff courtesy,amenities. pool facility was also average.

Property's location is right next to ST bus stand and 5mins from railway station. Manager is co-operative. We checked-in around an hour before time. Room hygiene can be bit improved. Overall a decent stay.

Staff is cordial especially sushant. Rooms are decent but i think the bathrooms are a perennial problem in all 4 star and below hotels. It stinks and are unhygienic. That's my experience in most of the hotels. The entire hotel industry should pay attention to the hygiene aspects of washrooms and the smell.
