The stay was comfortable.The hotel and its location is very good. Great Location but Room Cleanliness Needs Improvement

The hotel is located in a prime area, which made it very convenient for getting around. The stay overall was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The sofa was quite dirty, and the room could have been maintained much better. The food was just average — not bad, but not impressive either. With some improvements in housekeeping and food quality, this place could easily be a great stay.

The staff and service was quite good ,complete hygiene in food and the property was kept too clean including pool and resort .Just a suggestion they should keep some game for 1 3 yr baby in play zone area eg ball type seesaw,small cars etc.but overall excellent.

Piccadle resort is one of our favorite destination in Lonavala. It gives a wholesome experience of stay, luxury, games, spa, pool, jacuzzi and rides for both adults and kids. Overall an amazing experience. Location is just perfect. Good staff. Facilities were on mark. No complaints. Proximity to city and nearby places is very convenient.

Good stay with some pros and cons Pros: Property location and amenities Complimentary breakfast is good Housekeeping staff and in room dining staffs are well trained. Food is delicious and good quality etc. Cons. Noises and vibrations in midnight as property located on highway.( experience shared as my room was front facing) Mini refrigerator not working Washroom was smelly, as no proper ventilation or freshner was there. Air Conditioning is a bit slow. Overall stay was good but if the property management considers the cons mentioned then all is good.

Very poor, rooms are not clean, beds and sofa cum bed in bad condition, i asked them to clean twice yesterday, very smelly and bad odours in room and bathroom, flush was not working. I recommend not to waste money and spend that to good hotel in lonavala.
