Hotel Laxmi Residency

No breakfast included, no brush paste comb, no mirror in washroom. No kettle, had to wait till 8.30am till kitchen opens for tea. Overall not good service or facilities in that cost. We should have opted for another hotel.

Some common things are missing like eating facilities, proper ventilation, handwash, soap for 2 people.

Just don't stay here until you want to spoil your trip Nothing wz good. Curtains were not clean, Room wz not clean and the smell ewwwww.

The rooms were very different from what was seen here . The rooms were extremely unclean with the bedsheets full of stains and unclean toilets. It was a very disappointing stay . Hardly any amenities were given.

Room with the balcony is a good choice but there was lot of dirt and used condoms we saw under the bed when we checked in so we called the housekeeping to do it again ! The corridors are narrow so it can get little noisy in the morning otherwise the location of the property is good and is close to all the touristy spots and market .

Food is not inclusive location is good. it's near lonavala railway station. No good amenities. all the room was smelling bad.

Management and staff is not supporting. They forcefully provided water bottles and charge 50 rs for the same. It was very bad experience with the staff this time. Not satisfied

Firstly we entered in the room , the bed-sheet and pillows cover are used. We request them to change it then they did it. Over all its good , but they dont have refrigerator in their hotel good place to parking , swimming pool is also clean and hygienic.

The curtains and rooms could be maintained more cleaner which would help attract more cutomers

Good location, the room were clean however the bedsheets and pillow cases were dirty. Staff was nice. Would recommend if you are looking for a budget stay for couple of days.

The staff are very good. The food was very tasty. The pillo cover is dirty but when we complain they changed it. The location was very good. It is near the main road and market.

The service and rooms were really exceptional. The rooms were clean and big and there was also a bathtub.

It's good and location is also good only issue that it's veg nonveg food, i am full vegetarian. Over all its good.
