Excellent property to stay in with absolutely clean, spick and span rooms. Very courteous staff. And the main USP is thier food. Very tasty and scrumptious. This is my second visit and enjoyed every bit of it. So close to the main junction of Lonavala. Definitely on my Go To list for Lonavala.

The services were quite slow. Had to repeatedly ask for a third person's bed , towel and other requirements despite booking a room for three persons. The property advertised a swimming pool which was one of the reasons for us to book the hotel as we were planning to chill there but even that was not available for use. Only thing which was fine was the food.

Good Hotel that is centrally located.

The hotel was very good, nice amenities including the pool and game room which had everything from billiards, to table tennis to carrom and chess. The rooms were excellent and housekeeping was good too. The dinner here included in our package consisted of non vegetarian food was quite good. However the breakfast though having good options had something bad. Which caused us to get loose motions as we returned home and that was our last meal. Also the next morning before our checkout we wished to utilise the game room but were told it will open after 10. We didn’t have anything to do the next morning as it would open only after our checkout, a practice we didn’t quite appreciate. Nonetheless, the staff here is good and very courteous. We had a good time overall.

Hotel stay was good. During checkin time hotel reception were asking for extra payment for no reasons, since we denied to make extra payment, hotel people got the issue resolved by talking As a guest, I would never expect these last minute surprises. I suggest to have have coordination and communication with hotel property owners to avoid these kind of similar issues.

Rooms are neat and clean. However the Ac was emitting foul smell due to which we had to change the rooms. Morning buffet was limited but not bad in taste. Nothing much to do in the hotel in terms of amenities. Overall an average stay
