Ikshana Resort and Spa Khandala, Lonavala

We were not aware about this property earlier and just booked it based on other reviews. This is an excellent and spacious property to say the least. The basic rooms are also so big in size. There is a big bed, another sofa-cum-bed and also a relaxing bench type sitting with cushions near the window. If you get the valley view rooms booked, then go those as the view is just awesome. It overlooks the valley and the views are amazing in monsoon season. There is everything for everyone to do and you don't even have to leave the property for anything else unless its excursion like a waterfall, or trekking, which I don't think anyone will do if they are on a vacation at a property like this. There is a game room with carrom, chess, Pool table (chargeable - 250 per 30 mins), Tennis court, cricket area, and the current hot sport - pickle ball court. And if you are done doing all this, there is an awesome swimming pool, a big terrace area overlooking the valley to click pics, shoot reels and another big terrace which has a turf like surface if someone wants to just play football. The food is also also good and we had booked a breakfast and one meal (lunch/dinner) and there was a lot on offer on the menu. If you order A la Carte it slightly on the expensive side, so buffet makes sense. Overall an excellent experience.

Amazing experience. Rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The property has a scenic valley view, with beautiful waterfalls during monsoon. We travelled with our 8 months old baby and they had arrangements for baby food as well. It is situated quite close to the Khandala lake. Also the breakfast had great variety. Only feedback would be to reduce the price of A la Carte food menu, it seemed too expensive.

The resort is very nice for family. Clean and posh. Worth the money. Only thing we felt was the interiros of the rooms could’ve been better considering ita 4 star propoerty. Play area and games area is good. Property is well connected to the expressway and actually sits on the old highway.

The location of the resort is awesome, it's a well-kept property, and the staff is super responsive . breakfast is really good n the food quality n quality is nice.. really enjoyed our stay

Property was good, location was brilliant. Good service by the staff. Enjoyed the Breakfast spread. Only change could have been with the room, could have been more decorated and planned.
