Location was good

Safety and hygiene was maintained . Food was good and hygienic . The room was good and clean , properly air conditioned , except the geyser wasn't working properly . When complained in the reception , blunt responses were given by the receptionist . After repeated complaints , they denied allotting another room for only bathroom use and just provided one bucket of hot water . Overall the experience was good apart from the bathroom geyser issue .

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Strand Resort. The hotel is really good and well-maintained. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The swimming pool is also excellent, perfect for spending leisure time. The location of the resort is very nice and easily accessible, adding to the overall experience. The food was delicious and tasty, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with family and friends. Highly recommended!

It was very good as it has carrom board and table tennis like aminites and the view is also awesome it's good to see that staff is also friendly and give us the opportunity to select our own room by ourselves

Decent stay . Good service by staff . Bathroom is clean . Room needs to be maintained well , fan runs only in full speed otherwise can’t use it . Room had smell. Breakfast was ok . Cost is bcoz of the location . Otherwise no value for money

Stay is good but there food quality is not good. Also if i book the stay at 5:00pm in the evening then my checkout time it should be next day at 5:00pm. If this is the hotel policy then it should be convey to customer not when customer reach to hotel and then they said.

It was a great experience to stay this resort. The staff was a little bit disturbing. They were talking to each other making disturbance in our privacy.

The room was not clean and the bedsheets were also used. Cleaning is not done properly. The washroom also smelled bad.
