My stay at the hotel was generally good, but I was not satisfied with the room service. The intercom phone was not working properly, which made it difficult to contact the staff. Additionally, when we requested extra coffee and sugar packets, they were not provided. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but room service definitely needs improvement.

Dirty headboard, stained bathroom, hair strands everywhere and a stench that hits you the moment you enter. Not worth more than . We booked another hotel and walked out. The manager even refused to pick the call from makemytrip.

Poor Room Standard and Service

We have booked a deluxe and standard room. Deluxe room was terrible, AC not working , Light Tripping and No person to attend when there is no electricity. This is by far the worst property I stayed with Meritas. Food is good as usual for any meritas property.

I had a good experience staying here with the family. the food here is really good, however the options are limited but good enough. the staff is polite and helpful. the property is small in size and rooms are bit smaller in size also. I would say the price is on higher side if we consider the location and rooms size/conditions.

Only thing i can say go for this property. Everything was the best from loaction to food .Location just 2km away from the lonavala Railway Station And room have lot of space so u can enjoy with your family as well. Food was the best

When we reached meritas adore there was. Pesticide smell in our room so we asked for a room change and they weren’t able to give us the same typo room they said we have one executive room available so we said give us a executive with no extra cost because it wasn’t out mistake if the room had pest control but they didn’t gave it to us free. They still charged a rs. So yeah the experience was bad. Because it was a Meritas resort so they should maintain their name

It was good but the rooms were a little dusty. We couldn't explore the swimming pool and the kids' play area as it was pouring heavily. Breakfast was too good and room service was very quick. We had taken an executive room with gallery access the same as the entire area was full of water. The staff was very friendly. Also, disappointment was that our key card didn't work at all, and we had to rely on the key.
