over all the stay was good...but due to monsoon there were fungus everywhere in the room...dampness kind smell was there in the room..found the resturant service a bit Lazy...221 room door bell was not working...hence lots of confusion in regards to rom service.

Excellent stay with family. Hotel location is very close to nature and has scenic views around. Hotel facilities are well maintained and staff was very polite and cooperative. Experience was mediocre, to start with there was no valet parking and no one to carry the luggage from car to room. Room doesn’t feel like a 4 star room, and hill view is just for name sake, on swimming no life guard and no one to hand over shower towel. Hair dryer was available on demand. During breakfast it felt like they were under staffed only 2 person serving to everyone and food options were limited. I would say pay extra 2-3 k and choose Radisson or similar, it will be much experience.

Service was very bad. Hall in the property was given for a party in evening, loud noise was playing from 5 pm to 10 pm. We called staff thrice to complain and asked at least to show up in room to understand the sound. But they were very rude.

Good location but poor hospitality

We didn’t find it worth the price. We were given the worst rooms possible for garden views although there were other rooms available with better views, on the upper floor. The hospitality was also very average and so is the food quality.

We had one day stay at 7 Apple Hotel, Lonavala and it was a great experience indeed. Had nice mountain view from the room balcony. Food quality and services were also good. Amenities are up to mark and engaging. Overall, it was good experience.

1. The location of the property was perfect. spacious rooms with good room service. 2. Trek point behind the property was excellent, one should not miss to hike that 30min trail. 3. Buffet that was served for Breakfast was utterly useless for us, cost of that buffet was 400 p/p, we would have hardly eaten 100rp food. 4. Alla-Kate food was far better we ordered pasta (we ordered for red pasta, but we were given white one, but still the taste was good, but a little high price) 5. Not sure who's mistake was it, hopefully mistake from MMT, non of my details except My Name was provided to the hotel staff was correct. not sure from where did MMT picked those details.

I did just booking 1 day before and it.was flawless In the resort one of the best experince. Rooms clean spacious and tidy. Balcony with mountaon view. Office table tea table chair within room and balcony are couple of feature. Whole staff cooperative and kind. Canteen service more than expectaion. Breakfast with lots of variety fresh and tasty no too oily. Lunch dinner ala karte equally good Funzone ...swimming pool live songs jyoyish.. were really fantastic. Within hotel there is a track for hillock dont miss that. I can say in all area i give rating 5
