I recently stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be well maintained, clean, and comfortable. However, the in-room amenities were lacking — essentials like a tea/coffee kettle, small fridge, and hairdryer were not available, which would have added to the convenience. Housekeeping services also need improvement in terms of timeliness and attention to detail. Additionally, the F&B team could be more proactive in understanding guest needs and accommodating requests with flexibility. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but with a few enhancements in amenities and service, the experience could be much better.

Room was quite good but thier TV wasn't connected to wifi and I need to call the reception and the guy arrived after 15 minutes and it took him 10 minutes to connect the Tv. There was no smoking zone even they charged me for smoking in room which is pathetic experience as I have stayed in many hotel's where I can smoke in room. Overall experience was not good. I need discount
