They don’t provide a luggage pickup facility we have to carry our luggage ourselves.....The room lock isn’t working, and every time we go out, we have to ask them to unlock our room..... We have reminded them three times regarding the dental kit, but it has still not been received.

**It's not a family hotel and pathetic staff**

Although the hotel is conveniently located on main Highway, it's totally solo friendly or best for couple of hours of stay. The rooms are very small and it cannot accommodate even a couple and one child so do not book this hotel if you're traveling with family. MMT should not even show this hotel in options when booking for a family of 3. The rooms are clean however the towels are borrowed from a dismantled ,used for one night stands. There's no bell boy to assist with your luggage and anything. The staff is cold and the lobby manager attitude shows he's not from hospitality background. you would see a lot of complaints about their staff on google too. They denied us room service stating the staff is busy in the banquet services. Hence only book this if you're a solo traveler traveling for few hours or a day and have light luggage, as the price suits that accommodation

worst stay , no toothpaste, no towel , when you ask then only they give , I checked in very late , I have to call at front desk for this in very unusual time knowing that nothing is there in washroom. then next day I requested for dinner at 11 pm as we were late due to project work , but they said sorry kitchen gets close at 10:30 pm , it was just few mins matter but they didnt cooperated , despite my so much request. in other hotels they do entertain such crucial requests of customers as hospitality is only for entertaining customer request but they dont know how to this. Next day during checkout , despite my officer being there for my checkout formalities but they delayed it saying they were waiting for smart key , I just asked to prepare bill in advance but they didnt do and kept me waiting for almost 30 mins for this. pathetic staff they only know how to say NO !!

Hotel is little far from main city other than that rooms are excellent and clean staff is really helpful checkin & checkout process is smooth, no need to take food package as there is fast food street at 2 min walkable distance having plenty of options

Hotel is good , neat and clean but not customer focused. The reception man is very rude, they r not giving services to take luggage upto room. Even small small hotels are providing now a days. I booked with family 2 rooms for 3 days. During check in they told your booking is excluding breakfast. Then I have to show my booming then considered for breakfast. After 1 day stay at 6 th floor , they told that we have shift room to other place as some marriage group is planned there. There why they alloyed rooms at 6th floor when my stay is for 3 days? After that they told we will shift all luge and material as it is in 2nd floor rooms . But evening I have seen some material from locker not shifted, they told us to come to old room again for shifting material. It is so auk ward to go in others room. Finally 2 shampoo and conditioner bottles of my family and my socks pair they missed it. Very poor service. Property is new and good , food is good including breakfast.

The property is too good, the location is worth it. The breakfast is 3 out of 5. Rooms 4 out of 5 housekeeping and room service 3 out of 5. Good for a quick stay. Only issue was there were no toiletries and towels had to ask for it, then it was provided.
