Horrible stay. AC didn't work, room had no ventilation, and the ceiling was full of dampness and mold. Dangerous exposed wiring in the room and broken bathroom fixtures. Had to unplug the TV just to charge my phone. Zero maintenance and zero comfort. Do not book this place.

The hotel has some great aspects, but be aware of the dining situation. Pros: The rooms are good and comfortable. The swimming pool is clean, which was lovely, and they have carrom for indoor fun. Cons: The hotel is a bit outside the main road in Lonavala, making nearby dining options non-existent. The biggest issue was the food service: several enticing items like chicken lollipop and tandoori roti were on the menu but not actually available. Verdict: Great if you plan to eat all your meals outside the hotel. If you rely on their kitchen, you will need to compromise on food choices.

Terrible experience , lift not working , rooms full of mosquitos , breakfast have mosquitos , blankets torned off , bad service of staff , arrogance , in a room 4 people stay they provide only 1 litre of water. Many more bad experiences of this property.

We booked by seeing the name Treebo, but accommodation is poor. Tea is being served in broken Cups in the cafeteria despite reminding. complimentary breakfast is of very poor quality. Wash basin was jam in the room. test of food is good but overpriced. Roti was served cold in the room. lack of professionalism, Pool, bathroom etc. needs urgent maintenance.

I stayed at Treebo Reveniir Resort and had a good experience. The location is peaceful and scenic, great for relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all basic facilities. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent—everything was smooth, timely, and hassle-free. the first room we got, the AC & TV weren't working. in the second room the window wasn't closing and the geyser wasn't working food is horrible to say completely avoid staying

Room was as shown in images. we took dinner and breakfast and it was so tasty. The only suggestion I would like to give is to give tea atleast after 7 in morning as breakfast is after 8.30-8.45. Rest everything was good

very average experience

A very very average experience. Few to mention..1. There is a kitchen but found it difficult to get as per our menu & time. 2. i personally have to take initiative to get the room cleaning done...3 when wind was blowing heavy...doors were making so much sound that I had to get-up in mid of my sleep...4. water stopped in between when I was in washroom..5 very average breakfast.. Mosquitos were torturing the entire night. over all its a very average stay

Not a good experience going with family for 2 day stay.

Old building with no maintenance. There is no food in the restaurant, the swimming pool is half filled, and the taps are broken in the bathroom. it is OK for night stay if you are looking for to sleep and expecting zero service.
