Treebo Reveniir Resort with Pool

The rooms were good and well maintained. The pool had a weird smell coming from the water and as a parent of a young child i booked because my daughter loves to swim. So that was a bit disappointing. The junior staff at the Treebo Reveniir Resort with Pool were good but management was always negative. We were told a electric kettle would be in each room that was not provided till we kept asking. They mentioned no outside food was allowed so we wanted to abide by that but on asking for fries for my daughter or anything non spicy they said sorry we can't prepare. Hence we had no option than to order and eat out. On asking for ice they said they don't have. When asked for a soft drink first i was sent the wrong one then they changed it but sent a frozen one. No tissue rolls were provided in the washroom even after requesting. All in all the rack rate is good for the rooms and that's about it ! but all after service was not up to the mark.

I had a wonderful stay at this Treebo Reveniir Resort with Pool. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent—everything was smooth, timely, and hassle-free. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly sweet, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely love to come back!

Room was as shown in images. we took dinner and breakfast and it was so tasty. The only suggestion I would like to give is to give tea atleast after 7 in morning as breakfast is after 8.30-8.45. Rest everything was good

Location was decent, away from city crowd. But quality of food was not good. Also lots of food items listed in menu card was not available. It needs to improve.
