Location was fine, but room is old. Washroom is poor, ceilings of the washroom are broken and very small. Also the bedsheets was torn, towels provided were torn etc. but the property was clean.

We enjoyed the stay, the hotel is near to Bus stand, Madikere fort and Raja seat. As mentioned they provided breakfast though it included different menu. And they provided facilities such as hot water, wifi, room services, more cupboards to keep our things, spacious and so on. We would recommend this hotel as they charge with reasonable price with the facilities.

However, I faced two concerns during my stay. First, the cancellation policy felt a bit rigid, which could be improved for better guest flexibility.
