The staff's behavior was bad and not at all cooperative and the hotel is made only to take money out of pockets, instead looking for customer satisfaction. the food was average, bedsheet and pillow covers were not clean.

businessकमरे के अंदर ac काम नहीं कर रहा है फैन चला कर सोना पड़ा है के कमरे में फैन चला कर सोए हैं पूरी रात नींद नहीं आई होटल में कमरा देने वाले मैनेजर को पहले हमने बोला था कि अगर ऐसी काम नहीं करेगा तो हम रूम चेंज कर देंगे आधा घंटा देख लेते हैं 3 घंटे तक इसी के अंदर बैठे रहे ac काम नहीं कर रहा था तो बोल रहे हैं कि हमने सारे कमरे दूसरों को दे दिए हैं कमरा खाली नहीं है जबकि कमरा खाली पड़े थे

The stay was amazing, cleanliness, behabiour of staffs and in house food was very good. Only inprovement need is to install lift. Climb staircase may not be easy for everyone.
