We booked a Deluxe King Room, and it was pristine, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The room featured floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning city views, a well-stocked minibar, and a sleek bathroom with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the daily housekeeping was thorough yet unobtrusive.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently. The staff is polite and helpful, which makes the stay pleasant. However, I do wish the hotel offered more flexible check-in and check-out times, especially for business travelers. I checked in late around 9 pm and had to check out early at 8 am, but still had to pay for the full day. After checking out, I had work to finish, so I spent quite a few hours waiting in the lounge from around 2 pm — it would be great if the hotel could consider hourly rates or partial-day tariffs for guests in such situations. A special mention for Rahul from the staff — he was truly excellent. Very attentive, polite, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. His service really stood out and made the wait much easier. Overall, a good hotel with scope to improve on flexibility, and Rahul definitely deserves appreciation for his wonderful service!
