that room I booked not given to me other room provide was very poor AC not perform properly. When I said to them given room which I booked they said to me cancel your booking from your side and go behave very rudely

hotel palza first it's location behind wine shop and hotel management very poor , actually they are not running it as hotel ,it's is store room for rent house material. very poor , make my trip ,my humble request you , please remove it from this app

They have terrible rooms, not 1 room all rooms in hotel are smelly and no electricity plugs nearby beds. I pay extra 400 rupees for ac room but ac is broken.
