I had booked a three star hotel but this hotel was not even a two star, there was no talk of a three star, nor was there hot water for the child to bathe, there was no water in the room either. The room was also small. Cozy rooms, but very less space, no windows. Even toiletries were also not provided in two of the rooms

All Good, Room Dining also Good Very Co-Operative but Not Given 1 bottle also Complementary Water Bottle. We stayed with family and we purchased all time from room service.

Very average stay. Hot water was not available. Terrible room service. We ordered dinner from their partner restaurant but it was served incomplete even after 1 and half hours.

Rooms were not the same as shown in the pictures and that and the room are average..

Horrible experience area is not at all good. Unsafty for girls i suggest please don't add these types of hotels on your list.

Staff liked to win in arguments. Booked a room for 3 adults, when asked for 3 separate blankets, we were only given 2, and 2 of us were made to share 1 blanket. The receptionist told us that हम कंबल बीच से फाड़ कर नहीं दे सकते आपको, यही मिलेंगे'. All the 'Sir..Sir' talk was a fake display of customer respect.

Towel and bedsheet was not clean. No water heater in bathroom. No health faucet is available in bathroom

I have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. Actually they only provide 1 room 1 towel at a time and if your stay is 1 nights or more then 1 nights they will not provide more then 1 towel during the whole stay. And geyser where also some time working some time not. Gyser takes 5-6 hours to make the water hot. And some staff were not that much friendly they were ignoring the problem. After i talk to mmt support they kind of solve the problem. These problem are not seeing that much big but this small small fight with the staff make the trip feels not good.

Hotel rooms are clean, on call food service available. The best hotel among-st the other hotel available in this area if you are looking for hotel near to chandigarh railway station. Hotel staffs are cooperative. If you want to catch train in mid night, there is no vehicle available nearby.

I booked the hotel as the description mentioned a distance of 1. 6 km from the venue where i had to attend a conference. However in reality it was 4-5 kms away.

Road to the hotel seems in very bad condition. Especially in rainy season. Hotel staff behavior and service found to be very impressive.

I stay for work purpose and i didn't get any type of problem i staying and therestaff is very good in way of talking and behavior. This is very good hotel for staying alone and or with family.

Very pathetic service. Female receptionist was very rude. They also provided stained bed-sheets which was replaced only after repeated calls. The approach road was also in bad shape.

Hotel is ok, google location is incorrect. Need to improve cleanliness, staff behaviour was good. Although food was good. Overpriced as compared to other property.
