We stayed at Best Western in Mohali last week. One of the main challenges we faced was locating the property — even with Google Maps, we had to circle around twice before finding it. It would really help if the hotel installed some direction boards, especially if the main road is blocked or unclear. The room, although a bit small, was neat and quite comfortable. I had mentioned my requirement for gluten-free food during the booking, but unfortunately, the staff seemed unaware of it. That was a bit disappointing. Aside from these issues, the property overall was good. We had dinner at the café and the food was tasty and well-prepared. Overall, I’d give it a 4-star rating. A few improvements could make the experience even better.

the rooms was quite decent sized, with good bed and linen. unlike most other hotels, this hotel had a room with a good work desk. the ac and lights were good. the restaurant was nice and the food good. the morning breakfast could have been better. the hotel also has a decent sized swimming pool.
