Location was ok...but rest everything was worst. First of all there is a pungent smell on entering the reception. Room size os ok but the condition of room seems that needs immediate maintenance. The condition of extra bed was terrible. Chocolates were offered to us in the evening by the staff in our room..they seem very old and the plate was cracked in which they were kept. I know Best Western is a brand but I would never recommend this property of Ranjit Avenue for stay. Your money will be ruined.

During rains the front entrance gets flooded. So, no one can walk into the hotel on foot. This is a huge inconvenience. The best shower pressure I have seen in any hotel in India, Excellent, The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help.

Worst experience ever and nobody helped me when I reached out to MMT customer care. I waited for 1.5 hours for check in.
