There was no hot water in room 407 for 2 nights of our stay. We tried to get hot water in bathroom in day as well as night but it was not available. This was my 2nd visit to this place

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Merrion, Amritsar. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is also convenient, close to key attractions and easy to access. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amritsar.

Value for money
During rains the front entrance gets flooded. So, no one can walk into the hotel on foot. This is a huge inconvenience. The best shower pressure I have seen in any hotel in India, Excellent, The staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help.
