Located on the airport road so pretty far from famous landmarks but over all very good property, very courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast options are limited but very good.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep in a long time. The hotel’s attention to detail is truly impressive—from the little touches in the room to the way the staff remembered my preferences. The dining experience was equally outstanding; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the atmosphere throughout the property—it perfectly balanced luxury and comfort. Whether I was relaxing by the pool, enjoying a quiet coffee in the lounge, or exploring the nearby area, I always felt well taken care of. This hotel goes above and beyond in every way. This hotel is a gem! We were impressed by the friendly and attentive service from the moment we checked in. The room was lovely, clean, and quiet, and we slept wonderfully. The stay was overall good. Initially the room was not provided as per booking I.e. the additional bed was not given for kids which was given after lot of discussion. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping and room services could have been better

no parking space was available I told them before parking my car that this place on the road is not safe but they told that "kuch nhi hota sir sabhi customers ki gadi yahi khadi hoti hai " and when I came to car after check out found that somebody has broken my front mirror ( loss of 24k). and the breakfast was rediclues and spoiled. As I was the only guest in the entire hotel even they were not able to serve the breakfast.

the hotel has short staff hotel could not provide us water as they had no stock hotel had no bandaid even in case of medical need hotel had no hospitality room service wa is pathetic as had to call them repeatedly for the same concern un helpfully and un professional staff. uncovered food items came to the room and said they are short of foil paper even. no refilling of toiletries and no cleaning of room. you have to wait 1 hour for a basic tea and keep chasing for your request by calling reception again and again

New property. Really good deal. Both my kids got sick and the hotel staff stepped up to help. Recommending doctors to free ride to clinic to accommodating various food requests. Special thanks to Manager Alok on duty who was super helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay at Best Western was disappointing. After eating the food provided at the property, we ended up getting sick, which affected our entire experience. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority, and this situation really let us down. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better quality and hygiene going forward.

Everything was good but the way manager talked to me was shameful and very distusting . Actually what happened was that I was going for a work outside and the manager told me that sir we have to check your room plss wait then I asked why bcoz I m not checking out so he told we can check in between bcoz u have less luggage along with u and it’s our policy .
