This property offers nothing but a nasty experience. No basic amenities, no wifi, no helping staff, and no one at reception to attend your request. The manager was not in his sensee while speaking to clients.

definitely not 4 star. not something I would recommend for anyone going on vacation with family. post a day of outing when you want to order a meal from room service - chef is on leave, when you go for breakfast - chef is on leave. no soap in common washroom. when it is raining outside and want to make sure that I use hot water to bathe my kids, not available. a couple of people in hotel at night to manage. When I go for breakfast along with kids, no breakfast - chef is on leave. Room are very clean and spacious. Very polite behaviour of the managers. Special compliments to the room service ( girl) don't know her name but she is very responsible towards her job. Food quality needs to improve a little bit. I would love to visit again.
