At this budget, it works. Ample parking space, hence a safe option for people coming here in a self-drive car. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was quite desi, nothing noteworthy but no complaints as such. We were in Room 216. Room size is decent but the bathroom was crammed. It's functional, but one might struggle a little bit while getting into the shower cabin. The curtain on the bathroom window had 1-inch gaps on either side. Mattress needs replacement. It was completely gone. Pillows were fluffy and useless. Overall the bedding and bedsheets seemed very old. My parents stayed in 219, where they had a bedsheet with stains. It looked like it hadn't been changed since the last guests. Giving it 3 stars because of the tariff and location, also because compared to other hotels in Amritsar, this had bigger rooms and good parking space. It's also away from the crowded neighbourhood of Golden Temple Heritage walk and surrounding market. E-rickshaws can take you there within 8-9 mins even in peak traffic.

First of all the hotel offered me a standard room but I have booked a deluxe room. Moreover the service was poor. I am not satisfied with the service.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
We had great experience and one of best hotel near Golden temple on main NH...staff was very polite helpful specially Mr Rahul (receptionist)..one should definitely stay with family...Food in morning breakfast and dinner was awesome... visited Amritsar 1st time with wife and 2 small kids....super experience..

Great Stay
The Hotel was really clean and Spacious. The breakfast menu was a highlight. However the hotel can improve their services the only thing disappointed me was their room service. Overall a wonderful stay would Surely consider again.

Not well maintained and improper booking
The room we booked was a standard room but amenities were incomplete. no work desk, no kettle, no toileteries and no window at all. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Bed sheets had stains. Washroom was not clean. Construction in the building started at 9 in the morning. Anyone who spoke anything in the hall could be heard in the room so no privacy.

location,service needs to be improve
Very bad experience at hotel. So called Newly opened without basic facilities. No towels,hair dryer,dental kit,soap were there in washroom. After calling them thrice they provided fresh towels. Ordered food & waited for 1.5 hours for lunch. Location of hotel is also very polluted.

Terrible Stay
very bad experience. room not clean,bed sheet not clean, pillow covers not clean and even towels were very dirty. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but next day i checked out from the hotel. no service at all very bad experience.

The room housekeeping was not good like water heater jar cord missing( non functional), TV remote missing then out of recharge. The another important points is the smell in room because of poor ventilation in bathroom. Also after the booking the room I called the hotel and discussed for driver stay arrangement and they confirmed will do something but on arrival they are blanked and told me to do it yourself even I am ready to pay for it... not delivered as per commitment. food is very limited choice for Lunch/Dinner....needs improvement menu. Overall it was normal stay not so good or too bad.

No water in the room at check in. Only 2 bottle water for 3 people every day. Extra water needs to be paid for @ 45/ bottle. Hotel didn’t inform that they can provide normal water also till asked. The room service was poor. The quality of food was average
